Absolutely fantastic, service.. the girls are very friendly and most importantly very thura, I highly recommend to any one, and have done to many of my friends.

I have been using MUM now for a few months and experienced a couple of their cleaners.

They’re always super friendly, efficient and highly capable. They go the extra mile to get the job done to an excellent level.

They’re a very trustworthy company that I use for weekly home cleaning and ad hoc deep cleans (and sometimes very last minute)
The ladies that run the company are always happy to help and speedy to reply when I need them

I needed cleans done in two properties the following day, the cleaners done an amazing job and I now use them weekly. Perfect if you want cleans done to quality standards and great customer service.

What a great service from start to finish. We needed a full deep clean on moving-in day and the team arrived on time and smashed it. The house was spotless, appliances and inside windows were thoroughly cleaned, limescale was removed from the shower screens, and marks on the walls were gone. Super professional — highly recommend!

I can’t shout about mum enough! I have had multiple cleaners over the years and mum cleaning is the best by far!! Their standards are so high and their detail is amazing! Love coming home once the girls have been ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In my honest opinion, there are 3 things that I needed. Efficiency, a fantastic clean, and amazing service, which all 3 were provided. I cannot recommend MUM homecare enough!

Absolutely disgraceful company! Left my bathroom in a state after a ‘deep clean’.
Was there 6hrs and barely done anything! Didn’t do the jobs I asked.
Extremely unprofessional over WhatsApp and insulting.
Couldn’t even work a Henry Hoover! The lady said she’ll do it with a dustpan and brush! Which is just ludicrous!!
I never complain about anything and I just couldn’t let someone go through the same experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I cannot recommend MUM Cleaning enough. I have been using them for 3 months now - to say it’s a breath of fresh air to find a cleaning company that do the job properly would be an understatement! Their attention to detail is like no other!

Can't recommend Mum Solutions enough. My partner and I have used several cleaning companies this year, both for general cleans and also to clean our home between hosting people through Airbnb, and Mum Solutions by far has been the best experience.

Firstly, the cleaners are amazing. Punctual, professional, with a high attention to detail, but still also quick and efficient. We've experienced a couple of the team now and we've been so pleased with the results and quality each time.

Secondly, working with Ellen to schedule cleaning, make last minute changes and even book emergency cleans has been excellent. Her responses are always speedy, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the service being provided.

There is obviously tight communication between the office and the cleaners too which has been super useful, especially when scheduling on our end has been tight.

We can't praise the team enough - we've had some nightmare experiences this year with other companies, but Ellen and the team have gone above and and beyond to re-assure us, and deliver an outstanding service.
