Enquiry about support with debt. Lucy supported via Whatts App and was extremely helpful. Shaun the contacted me to get further details and discussed my options. He was also friendly and empathic. Not once did either of them judge me, they listened, asked if I had any questions and gave lots of helpful information. The service is not finished but from what support have already I would highly recommend.
