This is an amazing company- delivery was uber fast and the product I ordered was in pristine condition and of exquisite quality! The founder of this company should be proud of themselves. Good job and keep up the great work!

DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE THEM! Muno UK took my money for some magnetic eyelashes I ordered, it has been over 30 days and i still have not recieved them. I have tried to contact them but they simply ignored me.

Delivery took over 3 weeks and I couldn’t get a response from anyone at the company after emailing 3 times and messaging on the WhatsApp chat!

Won’t buy from them again.

Ordered, tracking number does not work and it is impossible to get a response from the company. Absolutely disgraceful

I bought a blower brush in July that just exploded. I’ve trying to contact them with no success. My emails are all not being delivery and the support chat doesn’t work properly since I’ve been waiting for 2 day to they check about my order ( for a replacement or a refund). It’s really disrespectful and disappointing.

The Support team were quick to answer my replies and they were very helpful as well.

Do not order from here, you will not receive your goods! I should have read reviews first instead of ordering via Instagram ad. This company takes your money and does not deliver or provide real tracking numbers, my one is GV457647243GB and is invalid on their tracking website & Royal Mail. Someone got back to my message after 11 days and asked for my order number to investigate, even though it was in the original message I had sent to support to query when item will be delivered. They have since not come back to me so I am £16 down with no item & no real tracking number & no one answering my emails

I love my eyelashes I received yesterday... So easy to apply and so light on the eyes. I have gained confidence when wearing them as I only have small lashes but these complete my look and I feel amazing!

Has been 18 days since I received confirmation and have not received my order. Nobody answers my emails or live chat messages even tho it shows they were active since messaging them.

the most beautiful yet affordable lashes and customer service was excellent when i had an issue with delivery. they sent me an extra box, will defo be ordering again. i’m s very harsh critic on a lash but these are really really nice and easy
