I highly recommend the Store Manager Tatiana on the help I got when I went to purchase a set of sitting room recliners nothing was to much trouble for her she gave me 100% of attention and her experience was great for me to make my purchase.

Ordered furniture from Murphy Furniture through murphyfurniture.ie. Delivery was on time, and the quality of the product is good for the price. However, the delivery experience was inconsistent—some drivers were helpful while others were unfriendly and unaccommodating. Overall, an average experience.

Good product and best customer care service

The bed is terrific strong and sturdy. It was easy to assemble. The mattress is amazing. Very comfortable. The delivery was prompt . My only problem was sending back the old furniture. I was asked to pay a charge. I did refuse because that was the first I heard of a charge. I didn’t pay it. That was my only complaint

It was very unclear when ordering how long it would take before receiving the item. When it said in stock for pick up, I assumed it was available straight away. When I rung no one seems to know. And when I finally went to pick up there was confusion over where it was. The product itself was good quality, just lack of information when ordering

Online purchase. I was kept updated of shipping. I was a bit disappointed that it took 2.5 weeks for delivery when product was stated online to be in stock, but I got helpful responses when I chased up about shipping after 2 weeks. Good quality product for the price.
