The folks at Muse have given us the BEST Video hosting platform! We have a TON of content and muse holds them well and gives us the features we need! And the technical support (when needed) is top notch! They even modified the product features based on our feedback. Can't ever ask for more than that!

I have been using muse.ai for about 3 years now. Usually when I have a question they reply pretty quickly. However recently they went the extra mile.
So I thought I'd share that experience here for anyone considering using the service.

I sent in a feature suggestion to make accounts more secure (2FA). About a week or so later they wrote me back to let me know all accounts now have 2FA.

Now I don't think I will really need to look anywhere else for video hosting.

I had a payment issue that was stressing me out (a mistake made on my end) and it was resolved within minutes. A++ customer service and I also use and love the platform for content hosting in my business.

I am always impressed by the customer service. Today, as usual, their team responded right away, and answered my question. They listen to customer suggestions about additional features, and I sense they are always working to improve the platform.

Excellent, cheapest online, the video player is amazing and have no complaints what so ever. Super easy to use. The AI feature is mostly useless but it does supply pretty decent subtitles. It's just sad that no one knows about it or Vimeo would go out of business.
