El precio es mas del doble, son unos estafadores, no compren tickets en esta pagina. Son unos ladrones. Deberian bloquearlos.

I feel cheated, not to say ripped off, by this service.
It costs three times as much as any other, and we’re being duped by the Vatican’s name and logo.
I complained, but an automated response simply listed all the legal terms that protect this scam.

Son unos piratas. Tienen una web que parece la oficial del Vaticano, te permiten comprar entradas y después, cuando te llega el email de compra, te dicen que no te envían las entrada hasta unos días antes de la visita. Después, 5 días antes de la visita, te dicen que no hay disponibilidad el día de tu reserva y que escojas otra, pero no hay en todo el mes. Así que pierdes la posibilidad de ver el museo. Unos ladrones

Do not purchase tickets from this company. The markup is insane. They charge 2-3 times the actual ticket price. The customer service is awful. This company is only interested in defrauding you. They should be ashamed of themselves.

looks like the official site of the Vatican but is .com and in Spain. triple charged tickets and cancelled day before the event with feel the city tours and the walker tours. Unbelievably poor service; I was happy to pay but MV oversubscribed. Instead of saying sold out, I was mislead in booking a holiday with nothing to see.

I purchased the tickets thinking it was the official vatican site, but it is not. It is a third party seller with no additional value. You need to get your tickets from a coffee shop where a women is sitting and drinking coffee. Only red flags. Stay away!

While the tickets are valid, the price is significantly higher than on the official website, as they include additional fees and services that are not always clearly explained during the booking process.

The design and presentation of the website can be misleading, giving the impression that it is an official source, which may lead users to purchase services they do not actually need.

In my case, the service I received did not fully match what I expected at the time of purchase.

I strongly recommend checking the official Vatican Museums website before buying, to avoid unnecessary extra costs.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS. NEVER ACTUALLY DELIVER THE TICKETS DESPITE ALL PROMISES.

J'ai réservé 2 billets pour le Vatican pour le 07/02/2026 à 151€. J'ai bien reçu mes billets mais sur ces derniers il est indiqué un tarif de 25€ par billets (soit 50€ pour 2) et il était prévu un audio guide. Ce n'était pas l'audio guide officiel du Vatican mais nous avons reçu un lien pour télécharger une application qui a un contenu audio derrisoire !!!
Même pas 10 min de présentation Audio et très très peu d'explication. C'est une arnaque absolue et je suis vraiment déçu d'avoir pris cette prestation trompeuse.

⚠️ ATTENTION - SERVICE NON FIABLE

J'ai réservé via ce site une visite du Colisée pour 2 personnes lors de notre séjour à Rome du 13 au 15 février 2026 (Booking ID: 3988940503).

LE PROBLÈME :

✅ Ma réservation confirmée : Visite le 13/02/2026 à 13h30
❌ Le billet reçu : Visite le 10/02/2026 à 13h00

RÉSULTAT : 3 JOURS D'ÉCART !

Nous nous sommes présentés le 13/02 comme prévu, mais impossible d'accéder au Colisée car le billet indiquait le 10/02 - une date où nous n'étions même pas encore arrivés à Rome ! Aucun autre créneau n'était disponible sur le week-end, nous n'avons donc pas pu faire la visite.

LEUR RÉPONSE :

Malgré cette erreur FLAGRANTE de leur part, ils refusent tout remboursement en se cachant derrière leur politique de "non-remboursement". Ils prétendent avoir fourni le service car "les billets ont été émis" - peu importe qu'ils soient ERRONÉS !

CE QU'ILS OUBLIENT :

Leur site promet des "billets valides et officiels" ➜ Le mien ne l'était PAS pour la date réservée
Nous avons payé 105,84€ pour un service NON CONFORME
Aucun SAV réactif malgré nos tentatives de contact
Leur politique de non-remboursement ne peut s'appliquer quand c'est EUX qui sont en faute

Nous avons accepté de payer plus cher pour un service de qualité, nous avons eu une erreur informatique et zéro professionnalisme.

I am writing regarding my reservation for the Vatican Museums, for which the amount of €120 was charged on 07/12/2025.

This reservation was cancelled by the museum due to an internal event, and I was informed that the refund procedure had been activated, with the amount to be refunded within 60 days to the credit card used for the payment.

Today marks the 60th day since this confirmation, and no refund has been credited so far. Since the cancellation, I have not received the €120 back.

I kindly ask you to confirm immediately that the refund has been processed and to provide, if available, the transaction or reference number of the refund.

If the amount is not credited shortly, I will proceed with a chargeback through my credit card provider and, if necessary, submit a formal complaint to the European Consumer Centre.

I trust this matter can be resolved promptly and amicably.

Je ne sais pas si je dois qualifier ce site d'escroquerie car tout est affiché et clair sur leur site et finalement le fautif c'est moi qui est cru être sur le site officiel du Vatican.
Mais je vous déconseille fortement de passer par eux :
J'ai commandé 2 visite guidée en Français pour le musée du Vatican 250 € et 2 visite de la basilique St Pierre avec accès au dôme 172 €
Pour la visite du musée, je reçois la veille un mail de remboursement sans autre explication. En urgence je reprends sur leur site 2 billets simples pour la visite du Vatican 150 €. Le lendemain à l'heure dite toujours pas de billet et pour faire rapide j'apprends qu'il y a encore eu un problème et donc qu'ils s'engagent à me rembourser ! Comme nous étions devant le musée nous arrivons à accéder aux caisses de celui-ci où on constate que l'entrée est à 20 € !! Nous avons donc payé 40 € au lieu des 150 € pour le même produit.
Concernant la visite de la basilique St Pierre, malheureusement ça n'a pas été annulé, et donc nous avons payé 172 € pour une visite libre de la Basilique, un accès au dôme par ascenseur (à titre personnel on est monté à pied pour éviter la queue) et le téléchargement d'un audioguide. Or l'accès à la basilique est gratuit, l'audio guide est gratuit (app POPGUIDE sur smartphone) et l'accès au dôme est de 10 € par les escaliers et 20 € en ascenseur ! Le rôle du soi disant guide a été de nous a amener du lieu de rendez vous jusqu'au bas de l'ascenseur sans nous faire bénéficier de privilège type coupe file et sans un commentaire sur le site.
En résumé ce site ne sert strictement à rien. Vous en aurez pour 4 fois moins cher en allant directement sur le site officiel.

This website is a scam. You think you’re on the official site, but you’re not, and the price they charge is three times the normal price. They even manage to sell tickets for days when the site isn’t even open to visitors.

they sell museum tickets which cost 20 euros for 76 euros and more. Stating for Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel, whereas the sistine chapel is within the vatican museums

Watch out to pay on the correct webpage! There is s scam going on by a Company calling themselves „The Walker Tours“ based in the US. Their Website ends with .com, and the original website with .va.
It cost me 402 EUR for four people when it should have been only 148 EUR. Unlike others, we received valid tickets at least. I still could not figure out what happened. Very skilled AI supported scam.
Don’t repeat my mistake!

Based on my experience, regrettably this appears to be a scam. On 10 Oct 25, I purchased two tickets on-line for a guided tour of the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. The site looks legitimate and in a search comes up as the self described official Vatican Museum website which it is not. The site has a .com address and is titled as Musei Vaticani by Walker. I purchased the tickets and received notification on the site that the booking was confirmed with a book reference number. Confirmation was to have been received by email but was never sent/received. I endeavored to contact the company both email and call the company...email could not be delivered and I received a voice message with the call. On the day of the tour and after the booked time, I received an email from the site communicating that there was no ticket availability and would need to rebook for a different date/time. I requested a refund in response with no follow-up from the company. I am disputing the charge given lack of service rendered.

THIS IS FAKE, DO NOT BUY THEM

I purchased tickets through this website but never received them. When I reached out to their customer support, I only got the same template response over and over:

"Thank you for your message. I have escalated your concern to our team for further review. We take your situation very seriously and are committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time."

Unfortunately, nothing was ever actually resolved. It feels like they are just stalling with automated replies instead of providing real help. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend buying tickets here.
