I recently received my order for the Royal Aura and my experience from start to finish has been incredible. The quality of the fabric and the regal look of the sleeves design has me excited about placing my next order from Musferah Saad. The outfit is stunning and her price point for this type of quality is very fair. As soon as my order was placed, I  was kept in the know with text messages indicating what stage of readiness my order was in. I received a lovely video message from the designer herself thanking me for my business and a quality control video showing all the measurements were accurate according to the size chart on their website. It was an oversight on my part that I didn’t pay close attention to the length of the pants on the size chart and hence they were too long on me. A fashion consultant named Saba efficiently worked to get me a replacement as a gesture of good will. Saba was so eager to please and her care and attention to service is what has locked me in as a repeat customer. As a business owner, I realize that my efforts reach far beyond what I can do alone, thanks to the incredible people who represent me and uphold the values of my business. Thank you Saba for making my first experience of shopping with Musferah Saad a truly enjoyable one.

I had the most amazing experience. I needed a dress I ordered for my honeymoon and didn’t realise it would require a 6 week period to make the dress. They were very understanding and accommodating and managed to make and ship out the dress to me within a week. I would definately order from them again.

A scam, please do not order from this brand. We paid for express 5-7 day shipping for the order to arrive over a month late for an urgent "ready-to-ship" item.

Customer service repeatedly ignored my messages on various platforms to get in touch, and would either leave me on read, or simply not open them for weeks. Abysmal service, product quality, and ordering experience.

The quality of fabric was incredibly cheap and visibly unwearable, with visible plastic beading that looked tacky. Somehow it looks worse than costume jewelry in person. The dupatta fabric is laughable.

You cannot wear this in a setting where anyone has even an ounce of knowledge about fabric or craftsmanship.

Absolutely not worth the $300+ tag, spend your money elsewhere, and the price for that specific item has increased from $305 to $335 on their website.

Best customer service I have ever received from a Pakistani brand. I’ve honestly never been more satisfied. They went above and beyond to get my order to me extra early because I told them I urgently needed it as I was going to be traveling. Literally worked with me so much I’m so greatful!
