I ordered a suit from this company. The quality was very good and I am very pleased with the service.

Before dispatching the outfit, they sent me photos of the finished piece for approval, which was incredibly reassuring and demonstrated their attention to detail. Very disappointing experience. I ordered this piece for Eid Al Fitr and was promised several times that it would arrive before Eid, but it arrived almost two months late.

When I finally opened it, the quality was shocking. The fabric looked very cheap, the stitching was messy, there were loose threads everywhere, and there was a stain on the piece.

After all this waiting and false promises, the item is not even wearable. I would not recommend ordering from them.

It was my first time buying an outfit from MS, and honestly from beginning to end its been so stress free. Sunil was my consultant, he kept me updated, gave me an offer to purchase the bag at a much lower price and then I received the video of the outfit to get my approval before shipping. It came so quick too! The outfit is beautiful, just as the picture. Quality is great! Will definitely be purchasing from MS in the future.

Had a wonderful experience ordering from Musferah Saad! I ordered outfits for a wedding in the US and everything came timely and efficiently with consistent order updates so I was never left wondering! All the outfits were just as I expected them to be and fit perfectly! I receive many compliments on them and they’re so hijab so hijab friendly I don’t need to make any adjustments! Will definitely be purchasing from them in the future

I ordered a suit for my daughter - I ordered size small. Company sent me a message outlining full order and even sending a video stating the size. Company asked me to approve if I was happy with the quality. I approved the order because it all looked fine. It arrived yesterday and they’ve sent me a size large. Since then I’ve left messages and called them because they are for Eid, I need them replacing with the correct size. They have not responded to my text messages nor have they returned my call. Highly disappointed in what appeared to be a reputable place to buy. Was going to place an order for myself but definitely will look elsewhere.

It's my first time ordering a dress from this website, I was so nervous when I placed my order.It was so incredible how the team reached out to me after placing my order and made me feel so special and comfortable every step of the way the team would send me text messages, voice recording letting me know what's going on and keeping me updated They even asked me to double check if my address and other information was correct and I also got a video of my dress and how they measured everything. To get glimpse of my dress I was filled with so much excitement. They really put their customers/client first. They even reassured me I'll get my dress on time and shipping only takes a few days.. found my forever website to buy clothes and my style!!!!!!! Also Saba was so amazing she’s so kind she was the one giving me all the updates such a beautiful kind person, she really made this an amazing experience.

The whole process from start to finish with Musferah Saad has been excellent. The outfits arrived earlier than expected and are absolutely beautiful—better than I could have imagined!
