Hi, I'm writing this review for the good people at Musferah Saad. My sister has her wedding in the next month. I had listened about their class service and top notch fabric quality in the UK too. I was travelling so i contacted their consultant Sunil. He really helped me out in choosing the perfect gift outfits for my sister. When i went to their studio in Lahore, they catered me real well. I would 100% recommend everybody to get their pretty collections

I wanteed to write this review to share my experience with MusferahSaad :)

I ordered 3 dresses for my wife for three different days of a wedding we had to attend, she was really happy with the purchase! The design, colour and style was everything as per their website. Their Fashion Consultant Saba helped me select the right dresses for my beloved wife.

I was updated regarding the status of my order every week and the order arrived right on time!

I would give them -5 stars. They are pure fraud. Bad fabric quality. Absolutely worst stitching and embroidery. There is no hand work. The clothes are a piece of shit. You'd rather create a mop out of it then wear it.

I ordered three outfits, Crimson Rose, divine whisper and olive taupe color outfit. Their lead designer.Adeeba was helping me. unfortunately she did not listen to what I needed and kept repeating her ‘customer service script’. They send me quality assurance video, and I pointed out to them that the outfit does not look nice. Anyways my outfits arrive in the US and they were a piece of garbage, the fabric, the stitching and overall quality was nothing as stated on the website. I am unable to use those outfits which I had spent more than $600. I’ve been trying to reach them with my complaint and there is zero response. They have been a complete fraud in my case.

DO NOT ORDER from this website. They are fraud. They will send you simple version of the dress. Simple dupatta, simple less work dress. Their customer team also incompetent. I ordered 2 unstitched luxury lawn dresses. I am highly disappointed. Never ever gonna order. My biggest mistake

I decided to leave a review after a not so great experience with delivery over a year ago ( I was compensated with discount for future purchases) since then I have ordered from them twice , communication has been outstanding throughout the process of order to delivery, there pieces are unique and well made and my order for Eid ul Adha is here on time also. Since my initial order it’s clear they have made massive improvements in keeping their clients informed and involved throughout the ordering process

I ordered from the UK and asked if my order could be done for Eid ul fitr (there was about a month). I got professional updates and spoken to nicely over messages. A week before Eid, they said my clothes were still being done, to which I asked, would they be ready? And all of a sudden, no messages, no replies, people were complaining on their instagram, and the messages were being deleted. They let people down. I never recieved my clothes.I still never heard from them until I started a chargeback. Apparently they lost a shipment but I said, why didnt you just say, message, or announce it on insta? Subject changed and we agreed to a discount and I have got my clothes before Eid ul Adha. Material had become undone, but apparently thats fine, just stitch it up, handwork is less compared to pictures, I will add my beads, material mediocre. Will not wash it until really needed, not sure what will happen. chargeback prevented me from ordering from Almirah during that time.

Beautiful attire!!! Communication was good, although shipping was delayed. The craftsmanship is amazing. I cannot wait to wear my ensemble

Musferah Saad is by far the most creative designer from Pakistan! I do not like to wear the typical Pakistani clothing always seek out outstanding and unique in styles. The first time I saw the Musferah Saad collection, I was pleasantly surprised by the original way they interpreted the traditional Pakistani shalwar suit in one extraordinary look. Their customers service department is excellent in how they listen keenly to what it is that you desire from a dress, and then accurately interpret it into probably the most beautiful dress you’ve ever seen in your entire life! I highly recommend Musferah Saad for all your Pakistani attire needs!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Muferah Saad! The shawl I bought is of excellent quality and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making my purchase smooth and enjoyable. Their customer service was top-notch, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. The attention to detail in both the product and packaging was impressive. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Liars and scammers took over 2 months to get my item shipped - promised a complimentary item which also didn’t arrive - then promised a refund which they said was processed in mid April (17th)- called the bank today and turns out nothing has been processed - THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS

If i could give 0 stars i would. Do not buy from this company, the customer service is absolutely appalling. They promised a guaranteed Eid delivery and did not respond to my messages. They then sent my parcel in May without any compensation. When complaining they did nothing and did not care. Honestly, save yourself the disappointment and do not order from them. The quality is average and not worth the price, you're better off buying from a better brand if you're spending that kind of money.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM this company, you won’t get your order and will lose your money! Musferah Saad have a very nice Instagram page and website unfortunately it’s a total scam.

Warning: Fraudulent Company – Musferah Saad (Pakistan).

I feel obligated to share my experience to protect others. I placed an order with Musferah Saad, a fashion brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. Unfortunately, the entire transaction turned out to be a scam.

The “sales associate” was actively involved and once payment was given via wire transfer, she disappeared. No updates, no product delivery, and no legitimate customer service response. PayPal also confirmed that this seller is involved in fraudulent activity. I’ve since filed a dispute and reported the matter to the appropriate authorities. Their company banks with Bank of America in USA. I’ve reported to them as well.

This business operates under the guise of being a premium designer brand, but based on my experience and PayPal’s confirmation, it’s clear this is a fraudulent company. I have heard others being scammed as well.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing anything from Musferah Saad, no matter how appealing the designs may seem online.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
