Musicbed is hands down the best
Musicbed is hands down the best. They have been my go to source for all of my music for films going back roughly 10 years now and I couldn't imagine a world without them. Outstanding customer service across the board. They have consistently stood strong for creativity and supporting artists at every single turn and that means a lot to me... especially in this age of AI slop. Thank you Musicbed!!!

Honestly it's worth every penny
Honestly it's worth every penny. I have a few nitpicky things about Musicbed that I don't love but their songs are the best. Their customer service is great and overall they're totally worth it. If you can afford it make the investment.

Good music selection and easy licensing which is really all I was looking for. Also, the interface and licensing tools are easy to use. Oh, and the support is great for those times when the license doesn't clear automatically

Wonderful Tool
I love all of their music options and how it never sounds generic. I recently found I did not need the largest package, but forgot to cancel my subscription. They were very quick to respond and help me get a refund. I will most certainly be subscribing again if I ever need music for a project!

Easy to miss, expensive to fix — read the terms carefully:
On November 24, 2025, I signed up for Musicbed intending to download a single piece of music. When I saw the $99.99 charge, I mistakenly believed it was a one-time or annual fee. I take responsibility for not reviewing the subscription terms carefully at the time.
Starting January 8, 2026, I was charged $99.99 monthly (January, February, and March). Once I realized what was happening, I immediately contacted customer service. I explained the situation and offered a reasonable compromise: I was willing to pay for the track and even one additional month due to my oversight. I then asked if they could cancel the subscription and reverse the most recent charge.
I was informed that I am obligated to continue paying for the remainder of the annual term under the contract.
I contacted American Express to dispute the charges and block further billing. In a follow-up call with Musicbed, I was told that if I removed the dispute and paid an additional $199.99 (two more months), they would proceed with cancellation.
That outcome did not feel reasonable to me.
I’m sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision.

We aim to make the annual nature of our subscription as clear as possible during checkout, but we understand that this may not have come across as expected in your case. If you’re open to sharing, it would be very helpful to know which part of the process felt unclear or misleading so we can continue improving the experience for others.
Regarding your situation, disputes through a bank unfortunately limit what we’re able to offer, as any adjustments or concessions can be reversed once a dispute is in progress. The option shared by our team was intended as an exception to help reduce the remaining obligation under the annual agreement.
We’re sorry to hear that this resolution didn’t feel fair to you, and we do understand your frustration. Our policies are designed to support the artists we work with, and we try to balance that with flexibility where possible.

Overall hard to use
I like music quality, but honestly quite hard to use compared to competitor. Hard to search for the right music (only can do by playlist), no option to label/tag favourite tracks and very slow compare to competitor

they helped me cancel a subscription after it was already renewed! We weren't using the system anymore. I would've preferred a subscription renewal reminder before the payment hit.
