I have two products, a low locker (used as a bedside cabinet, great for teenagers as there's a key to lock away secrets!) and a midi, used as a place to tidy away school books, games etc. Super easy to construct by oneself, light to move, robust and a fab range of colours!

We bought the Standard locker to use it as a TV unit.
It is written on the website that the top of the furniture can support 150kg. This is totally inaccurate. Our TV only weighs 9kg. Despite its light weight, far from the 150kg limit, the locker collapses under the weight of the TV. We had to reinforce it to prevent this from happening and to keep the TV upright.
It’s a shame to sell such an expensive piece of furniture (€499), labelled "Made in China", for such poor quality !

I saw The Kit in Living Etc. UK and it looked fabulous, plus who makes cabinets in lilac? So I decided to purchase it. A neighbor of mine who is an experienced contractor had his 2 assistants here, and the 3 of them spent 2 1/4 hours assembling it. None of the holes matched and there was an insufficient support bar, so they had to drill holes and reconfigure the item.

This was after he had pre-assembled most of the unit.

They put in 1 shelf and I decided to add another shelf, so I ordered one. They sold me a shelf without fastening hooks, so I had to wait another week for the hooks to arrive.

I just spent over an hour attempting to get both shelves into the mounted and assembled unit and it was impossible. I have carpal tunnel syndrome, and badly hurt my hands trying to get the shelves into position. It is impossible to install the shelves into the assembled unit. I could not angle them in properly, and when I tried to put the brackets into the top holes, the shelf kept snagging on the white plastic connector parts. I kept hurting my hands repeatedly trying several different approaches, each time was worse. I may have to go to the emergency room tomorrow I am in such extreme pain.

I now have a completely disassembled unit and all the contents are on every surface, so I won't be able to do food prep in my small kitchen unless I can get one of the shelves back in. Getting the hooks into the slots is extremely difficult because you have to stick your head into the cabinet to be able to see what you are doing.

I would have rather paid more money, and gotten a unit that was pre-assembled and all ready to hang. This unit is designed only for able bodied, young people. Seniors or persons with disabilities, stay away unless you have a handyman on call.

The video of the 2 young women putting this unit together in 5 minutes is an absolute joke. It took 3 very strong and competent guys 3 hours all told to assemble it.

I paid $135 so far for the handymen to assemble the unit. I would rather pay a company more money for a completely assembled unit. Flat packing may be environmentally preferable, but it also puts a huge burden on anyone without a partner who is extremely mechanical, or has the money to hire a handyman to do the whole job. In addition to the price of the unit and labor, I'm now going to have to see a massage therapist to relieve the extreme pain in my wrists and arms.

We wanted to take advantage of the Mustard sale to buy a Midi in Olive but were going away. Maddy in the Customer Service team arranged for our order to be expedited and for it to be delivered before we went away so we didn't miss out on the Midi or the sale.

This is such a great looking locker, relatively easy to put up (you do need two people) and deceptively spacious.
I had a minor problem (my fault) and customer services were amazing at sorting it out. Really friendly and seemed genuinely concerned. They and the Locker are fab!

Lots of companies making a similar product, I wanted a tall lilac locker and mustard made was the best price. A little on the expensive side for what it is, but it went together with no issues - the video instructions are very helpful. I bought a side board version from Amazon which fits together exactly the same way and was a fraction of the price too. Still, shipping was quick and I am pleased with it.

I have a lot of Mustard lockers—I love them all—but this one had to be the easiest to assemble. It just has made my office so much more fun and workable. Its height and shallowness mean it doesn’t take up too much room, but it actually provides a great storage solution in the space I need. I love the Poppy colour, too!

Purchased a glass mixer cabinet. Although it’s very pretty and exactly what I wanted the door arrived damaged. Customer service was extremely swift at sending out a replacement door, this was also damaged. Another replacement issued and guess what! That’s also damaged. Zero quality control! Extremely disappointing considering the price paid. Wouldn’t purchase anything else. I don’t feel the price is reflected in the quality. Such a shame.

Great Design and quality, perfect customer service.

So well made and robust. Had a slight issue with alignment of the door but customer service were excellent and I managed to rectify it. There are lots of videos on how to put together etc

I bought two lockers from the company and although they are very beautiful and stylish, they are very stressful and hard to assemble, I don’t think it’s easy and I do think they should print clearer instructions and maybe put on the plastic bag that contains them number in order to exactly identify the pieces , also the video it’s pretty but needs more close up I want to see exactly how it looks also from behind, so this part definitely need some works. I recently assembled the midi, and positioning the top panel was an absolute nightmare, and I wasn’t sure I was doing it right, because there are no pictures of the back part, so I tried to take it away and this was even harder than positioning, so I really feel that more footage from every little angle would be helpful.

Recently purchased the Mixer cabinet from Mustard Made to use as a cocktail cabinet.
It’s a solid sturdy construction that retains its good looks and elegance. The ribbed glass doors look great and I put an LED backlight inside which really makes it zing!
Really easy to assemble with clear video instructions.
Highly recommend Mustard Made.

I was unsure whether to go ahead and buy some Mustardmade lockers for my newly renovated house, after having read the reviews on here. However, any concerns were unjustified as the lockers are really good and sturdy quality. I have the ones with the reeded glass sides and front and am really happy with them. One tall standing one, a low standing one and a wall hanging cabinet. They all look amazing! I had ordered some colour swatches to start with and was very glad that I did. The colours on the website are very much true to real life, but the swatches helped clarify this so I knew exactly what to expect before buying.

The pieces look great and it was nice to be able to order colour swatches. However the quality really isn't great, and if you do a bit of research, there are many companies out there offering the same product with logos swapped out (or in the case of the baskets, they're the same at a much lower price). This made me feel a bit taken advantage of, as I feel like I'm just paying a higher price for the advertising/healthier margins for the owners. The quality of the metal feels thin/low - literally the assembly includes bending it over to adhere to other parts. On mine, the bottom locker railing falls straight out, so I can't use it. The customer service is very prompt and friendly, but I don't think this makes up for the very full price and lower quality.

Have had a mustard made locker for a couple of years. Went into storage and had lost some parts. Sarah in customer service responded within minutes confirming the spare parts were being sent in the post FOC. Unbelievable service!

Arrived fast but two of 3 items had minor damage (from factory not delivery) and are overpriced for what they are. Ok to assemble

Fell for the same as others, thought it was a UK product but has been made in China and is obvious by the poor quality. Colour very different to online so wish I had ordered a sample. I waited for ages to buy these and of course, as soon as I did they reduced all stock by 25% .. fuming. Nevermind! I found them very easy to assemble as a plus.
