I spoke with a lady called Siah Fisher and she was amazing. She was always available, working overtime and she helped me get a near impossible mortgage offer. My paperwork wasn't in order but she negotiated a good deal with the lender.

As a nervous first time buyer I needed as much help and reassurance as possible. Sian consistently went over and above to put my mind at ease. Sian has been a massive help throughout what turned out to be a bit of a long and bumpy road. I totally would not have got to the stage am at without her.
