Just wanted to say a massive massive massive thanks to Sian at Mustard Mortgages. She has been nothing but absolutely incredible at every step of the process on obtaining insurance for myself and my property.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Sian Fisher at Mustard Mortgages. I started viewing properties late last year and Sian contacted me about applying for a mortgage in principle. At the time I did not go ahead with the viewing and already had a MIP. However this lapsed in December and when I reapplied for a MIP in March this year, I was advised there was a query on my account.

This meant that most high street lenders would not lend to me, and the previous mortgage advisors had gone for a non-high street lender. The lender's rate was almost 8%, and this was too high so I had decided not to go ahead with this. At this point I was feeling discouraged about the house buying process.

I continued house hunting, and found a property that I wanted to view with estate agents Temme English. Sian from Mustard Mortgages got back in contact with me and I explained my situation. She asked me to send my credit report, complete a fact find and send my payslips. Sian was very reassuring, saying that my report was good and she would try getting a MIP with a high street lender.

Within a few hours of sending her my details, she emailed me back saying that I had a Mortgage in principle approved with a high street lender. I was ecstatic, the rate was 5.8% (third cheapest) for 2 years, and this meant that my home buying dreams would finally become a reality. I really want to thank Sian for her perseverance and for not giving up! You have given me hope and for this I am forever grateful.

Recently remortgaged my property with Sian, her knowledge was amazing and her communication and commitment to getting it over the line on my behalf was truly outstanding. The process was seamless. I cannot thank her enough or recommend her enough.
