M-Port PA2K 2000W Portable PA System 5-CH Mixer, 10" Speakers 2 UHF Mics

The system came as advertised, nicely boxed and protected. Shipping was fast and accurate. When I unboxed and set up the system, I quickly noticed an issue with one of the speakers. Bad distortion signaled a busted speaker. I contacted customer service, who immediately sent me a return label. I returned the speaker and another was quickly shipped. I received it and set up the system, and it works great. The only other issue is, apparently, my acoustic guitar sends a very strong signal that clips the channel, even when at low volume. Still working out this bug, but otherwise, a very solid system for the money.

The folks that work at Musysic Understand how to give great customer service. Right from me asking a question on their website "contact us" link to them shipping a replacement microphone. Everything was done quickly and friendly.

What we ordered was delivered on time in just a few days. Further, the add-on system was also delivered a few days after. Looks like high quality sound equipment but have not had the opportunity to use yet.

This company knows how to treat their customers. I had a problem with my Mu U4 wireless transmitter. The board was partially burned. I asked if they could ship just the board. They gave me a price and sent a photo of it that I requested. A few short days later, my unit was running perfectly for a fraction of the cost of a new unit

No glitch smooth s shopping

Needed a replacement amp, actually two. I had used this model before so I knew what I was buying. Small and compact. Adequate power for my needs. Shipping was very quick.

The transmitter I received did not work but I returned it today and am waiting on a replacement.

Every time we called to ask for help you guys answered our questions. Didn’t make us feel like we were bothering you. We really appreciated that.

I ordered two replacement handheld microphones with two specific frequencies. Upon arrival, one of the microphones was picked incorrectly and they shipped me the wrong frequency- what should have been an easy resolution FOR THEIR MISTAKE, has now been two weeks and still not resolved because no one is around to accept the delivery of the incorrect microphone. Of course they couldn't be bothered with shipping the correct microphone while the wrong one that they sent is in transit, so now I'm waiting because one idiot couldn't differentiate 180.4 from 186.2
