Product nothing like website photograph. Supposedly Italian leather. Comes with Polish label and is polyurethane synthetic plastic with ugly foam lining. Broken on arrival. Not fit for purpose. Product no longer listed on website. First and last time purchasing from this website. Very disappointed

Great experience. I am usually reluctant to order from new websites but I am glad I risked it. My cat is on hypoallergenic food and this specific brand is hard to find. Mutts had it, price was reasonable. My order came in late in the day so it was dispatched the next day and delivered the next. Thank you for the speed, I can tell you care about your clients.

Great service.. almost always next day delivery 😻. Good selection of stock. They also provide an email service to inform when an item is back in stock.
And most importantly this business appears to be run with a genuine passion and love for animals 🥰

Excellent website, has everything you need for your pets

I placed my order at 11:59 yesterday and received notification of delivery today at 11:25. Brilliant service and prices. I'd be happy to order from Mutts.ie again.

Good Value for dog toys and treats. I bought a new medallion for my dogs collar and I was very impressed with the size and the quality of the engraving.

I received an incomplete order with 2 missing items. Called your customer service line and the agent was very rude when the solution was to post the items without arguments, which he did at the end. Unnecessary.

Great - everything was as described and arrived quickly.
