Love MUV products.I really like is Arctic guava strains. Many more I like as well. I do not have a problem with their prices. They have great deals. Do a comparison!!

My wife and I went into MUV a few times and didn't have a problem. I like one of their products, so we went back. Well, until my wife was lectured by mistakenly misgendering an employee. She got a lecture from that person, and again when she talked to a manager. She did this by accident while complimenting that person on that person's service (yes, I'm avoiding pronouns, to avoid any issues).

Now, she called corporate and put in a complaint. The person she talked to from corporate took up for the employee as well and not once asked how to keep us as a customer. This tells me this thinking of putting employees ahead of customers is endemic in the corporation.

I don't care what people identify as, and this isn't a complaint about that, this is about customer service. Not once did we feel valued as a customer during any of the conversations but felt like we were bothering them by not buying the product and just leaving. And my wife was embarrassed to be lectured to in front of employees and other customers, all because of an accidental misgendering during a compliment.

Shame, and while the prices are high, some are really good. They just don't value you as a customer.

Absolutely horrendous prices for some reason this dispensary cannot compete with other dispensaries. $80 for 1 G of live resin just isn’t reasonable, and this will be the reason eventually on why this dispensary will get bought out. Companies like this only last a few years and then they’re gone. The prices are outrageous on everything not just the carts.

3 days ago I contacted muv because my app brings up the wrong stores always and then when I switch stores it's impossible to shop the sales. The person told me that they would fix it and call me. That didn't make sense to me but anyway, no phone call, not fixed. There's a trulieve where I live and I will no longer shop at muv. Obviously, they don't want me as a customer!! Also, I asked about the hype vape and they typed a sentence from the ad that everyone can read all the time. I was like really?? They want to keep it a secret so we don't find out about them. Then they asked if I was still there because I couldn't believe that bs. Well keep all your secrets to yourself and no one will shop there with such awful employees!!

I absolutely love our MUV most recently have been in there taking it “slow and steady” the budtenders are all super welcoming. !
They have my fav strains as I’m still learning.

Generally, their products are not as advertised, and their pricing seems designed to make you think you’re getting a better deal. When you arrive, they rarely have what they claim.

I went in for a buy‑one‑get‑one‑free promotion, but I left with the worst product, which doesn’t match the advertised price at all. When I complained, they said it was simply company policy. Unless I log into the website, I’m shown a first‑time patient discount, which I believe should be illegal. These companies may track us every time we log in. I don’t want that. I just want to see the specials, know what’s actually in stock, and find out the price, because I shop at two or three stores I’m not loyal to. They aren’t loyal to me.

I used to really enjoy going to MÜV, especially after switching from Trulieve because MÜV felt more affordable and the service was noticeably better. The team used to be very friendly, greet you by name, and make the experience feel personal.

Unfortunately, that has changed. Some of the longer-tenured team members are still great, but the overall service does not feel the same anymore. The newer staff often come across as unfriendly or unhelpful, and the welcoming feeling that made me choose MÜV is no longer consistent.

I hope management takes a closer look at the customer experience and brings back the level of service that made this location stand out before.

Port Charlotte- god the girl tayla is soooo unfriendly and the manger red head is super unprofessional. Just all around avoid Kayla and tayla so bad.

WOW! I am amazed at such poor customer service at this location. Not enough help, and there was a female working there with long dark hair complain about other employees to customers in line and just being a Karen for sure. Acted like she knew everything and no one can tell her anything, but she had to have a manager come over to make sure she did something correct. I had to stand in line for an hour maybe more and listen to her. OMG fire her! I live super close to the Marco Island store, so it is convivence for me. After this experience, I won't go back to MUV again. I will go to Bonita Springs to different dispensaries.

I want to first start off stating since I got my card I have knky used this brand as I felt they offered better products then other places.

You tricked me into being loyal to your brand and spending g.kney to earn points to be a VIP member. Now out of the blue we get an email that changed the system.

I placed an order for pcikuonusing the old point system and when I pickup you changed it. You literally cut my money by 50%.

So with that said, im cut you by 100% of my spending and im returnjg. The product i bought today.

You cant screw customers over an expect us to stay loyal to you like that. You should have honored my purchase, but you wont and didnt.

I recently visited MUV dispensary and had a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They offered great discounts for new patients, which was a nice bonus. The selection of products was impressive, and the rep who helped me was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend checking them out!

This place sucks! Needless hassle, time and time again. Inconsistencies in dispensing abound! Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere! They don't know what sublingual means!
MORONS UNDER VERANO (MUV)

I did everything correct on ordering, received wrong item, left, returned wrong item. Missed VA bus back, waited for city bus to go home, 3 hours later. Can't do that anymore, I'll catch you on special occasions. This trip was ridiculous

This was my spot for about two years. I'm 100% don't now. I bought 2.5 ounces a month and saved all my points. Now they changed the reward system and fd me outta all my points. The flower has been getting worse and worse. The thc % online have been off by more than 10%. I slowly started shopping around.(still bought 2 ounces last week for muv. 1 oz was supposed to be 31% and was really 23%) yall got greedy when the competition showed up.

Been a customer of MUV for 2 years on a monthly basis getting the same tincture product. I went into MUV to get the same item a few days ago and they had finally installed a card reader. Before I had to use cash or use their ripoff ATM. The clerk rang up my $28 purchase for $30 and told me they would give me a $2 rebate but he couldn't explain why (sound like money laundering anybody). He then said I'd have to pay a $3.50 'convenience fee' but again couldn't explain why.

I went out to the ATM to get cash and he followed me telling me not to use the ATM as it wasn't in my best interests though he couldn't explain why. I can tell you why, as they couldn't overbill my card then charge me a 'convenience fee'.

I called the MUV customer service number and asked about this but got a typical corporate response that it was current policy. I asked for a link to this 'current policy' on their site but the rep couldn't find anything. Also, I asked why this refund and 'convenience fee' debit/credit weren't posted at the POS kiosk...answer was it should have been...sure.

There is an ongoing trend in business where companies are changing their terms of service on a vast scale to milk us. I'm an old guy and this sort of BS doesn't cut it with me. Yes, I can pay cash but this whole lying process now makes me think what else is this company doing to pull the wool over your eyes. After all, I'm using the CBD/THC tincture for health reasons, not recreational as the vast majority of 'medicial marijuana' users do. These recreational users won't mind paying more to get 'legal' weed.

Us elderly people are gouged enough by the medical industry without having the sort of fiasco as it only sets a precedence for future transactions.
