What a load of rubbish, gold member subscription, app stopped functioning properly, cannot access marriage and explore tabs, just blank pages, the other tabs work, as of writing this, its been 3 days no response from customer services, quick to take your money but very slow to respond to issues with app, i want 3 days reimbursement (so far) subscription is not fit for purpose, you can only contact them via the app or email, no other means, shambles of a site, sort it out Shezad!!

Tried it for a month and found most women gold diggers. Cancelled within the app and they still continue to charge me 2 months later even after doing everything like turning off auto renewal option. They don’t answer emails so I have now contacted my bank bank and instructed them to stop paying these thieves as they will not stop going into my account and taking money without consent.

One of the worst matrimonial apps I've ever come across, Actually any matrimonial apps is bad, but this one takes the prize of number 1, not only it was milking by charging users to DM potential spouses, on top of that the ridiculous amount of microtransactions, and the unnecessary inclusion of the Muzz social should never even exist and it goes to show you that the creator of this app, does not care about anyone but himself, this app uses Islam as a way to fool others into making profit out of the demographic. So many of the people on this app you won't find are intelligent, no sane person, would ever use this app to find a spouse, it's a bunch of toxic, immature and shameless people on here. Best to stick to real life finding a spouse then relying on these apps, it'll only make you feel not good about yourself and stay single for long. Save your money and stay the hell away from this.

I've got a lot to say about Muzz because of the amount of mental stress it gave me and how much it depleted my self-confidence.

Do not go near this app, especially if you are a young man. Do not fall for its halal marriage marketing trap. Go for the traditional ways.

Here's my experience:
I used Muzz for 6 months with Gold subscription.

I am a well-settled 22-year-old Pakistani guy, good-looking, Religious, and earning very well with my online business, and was looking for marriage.

I didn’t have other platforms to find a girl, so I decided to go with Muzz and actually hoped to find a match with a halal approach.

The main problem of this app is its so-called halal matching model and how it exploits people. This app tries to match mainly men whose only hope for marriage is a dating app with immature, greedy women who are only here for time pass.

Yes, there is another side too, where Men try to exploit Women. But for now, I'll only tell you what my experience was:

Now, for my age, I looked for a girl aged 18-22 years. I tried to connect with like 60 girls that I found good, mostly who looked religious and decent. After sending like 60 compliments, 38 girls didn't even respond, and the other 20 dismissed it. only 2 matched and then unmatched after a few days without giving a reason.

I started stressing, I thought that maybe I wasn't good-looking, or maybe my age was a problem, as I see most women prefer men over the age of 25. Then I saw that even 35-year-olds weren’t getting someone.

I realized that this app only wants me to keep paying and keep hoping to find a girl.

My profile was barely shown to girls, even with a gold subscription and boosting.

The female behaviour is extremely disappointing.

Most girls install this app, use it for entertainment for a few days, and then leave. While Muzz keeps promoting their profiles even when they are offline for months.

Others who do use it to find husbands exploit it massively. Muzz is heavily biased for females. Woman receives 100x more matches than men. For woman finding men on this app is like online shopping. They will add everything to the cart and then wouldn't buy. For men, it is like applying for 100's of jobs and barely landing any interview.

As woman receives massive amount of matches, they become attention mongers. They keep all the best matches coming in for months and then decide which one to go for, while breaking the hopes of dozens of other men who she matched with. It should have a feature where it should stop promoting their profile if that person has already matched.

Women look for extremely wealthy men who are settled in Europe, the USA, Australia, or the Gulf Countries. They would rarely prefer someone from Pakistan. It's so ridiculous that I saw girls from backward village areas, with average looks, demanding that they will only accept proposals from people settled in Western countries.

Muzz also does fraudulent representation of profiles. Take, for example, height. Let's say I want a girl to be at least 4'10' and 5'7'' max. Muzz would change the height of some girls who had different heights shown previously and fix it to my range after I apply the filter. It also does the same for profession and location of the profiles.

Many girls post useless photos with extreme filters, or even hide all of their face. Muzz would say that they have authorized their facial photo. Like, how do you validate a photo of a girl only showing her eyes with their real face?

I would only say do not use this app. You will get addicted to it. Your mind will give you hope, and you will keep scrolling with no results, and will end up with stress and anxiety.

Finding someone in a traditional way is much easier. There is insane competition on Muzz. Only the top 0.01% guys who are super wealthy, extremely attractive, and living in the Global North will have some chance.

Mijn abonnement werd stop gezet omdat ik per ongeluk heb gezet dat ik getrouwd ben. Zonder over leg hebben zij mij abo stop gezet en mij nooit het geld terug gegeven. Ondanks daarbij mails heb gestuurd. Er werd mij gezegd dat ze niets konden doen. Ondanks dat ik heb aangegeven dat ik niet getrouwd ben en dat ik waarschijnlijk de keuze optie over het hoofd heb gezien. Nu heb ik 49 euro betaald en geen gebruik va kunnen maken.
Zelfs toen ik geld vroeg wilden zij niet eens meer reageren. Dus mijn advies weet wat je doet. Het is oplichterij. Als zij voor 40 euro al moeilijk doen terwijl ik gewoon in mijn recht zit. Zegt al genoeg.

Ich bin sowas schon enttäuscht, meine persönliche Meinung. Fragen, die sehr unverschämt sind. Nur weil ich ein Match löschen wollte, wird gefragt, ob diese Person nicht für die Heirat geeignet wäre. Im Großen und Ganzen finde ich diese Seite ich persönlich absolut unverschämt

Unfortunately, spoke to a married man on Muzz found out as a few people i knew recognised his photo (he is known on social media) Eventually reached out to his wife who was heavily pregnant with his 3rd child and she mentioned she felt struck and felt she couldnt leave. Unfortunately after some time a good friend of mine matched with the same person who tried to spit he is single rubbish and can change her life with his social media platform etc. Alhamdullah she was warned however i’m aware this revert brother is still playing games online and is targeting single mum’s now. Absolutely disgusting a poor treatment.

Despite uploading photos of myself recently photos by the way their automated photo verification tool failed to match my photo to my uploaded images and they banned my account.

They them proceeded to send me a highly offensive email about behaviour and safety of their member so on.

Remove the ban from my account immediately I have done nothing g wrong and rather your app is at fault

This is by far the worst app I have ever used.
Although there are occasionally a few normal men on the platform, you simply don’t end up matching with them. The majority of users are not like that at all. I honestly believe around 70% of the men on this app are married.

The people on this platform pushed me to re-examine Islam all over again. Once you are a 39-year-old divorced woman, you begin to see the true nature of the men who use this app.

In real life they are the same, but on this app they behave far more boldly and casually. You are repeatedly asked whether you are open to polygamy — saying “no” once is never enough. They keep bringing it up. It feels like a so-called “halal Tinder.”

Because slavery no longer exists, some of these men seem to believe they are still entitled to look for a jariya — preferably someone who costs them nothing at all. When you actually go on a date with them, they do everything they can to make sure the entire date is free.

Whether a man claims to practice or not, the behavior is the same. This environment is completely unfriendly toward women.

Ultimately, this experience played a role in my decision to leave Islam.

Muzz fails to protect users from bullying and harassment, with moderators and leadership showing zero accountability when abuse is reported and followed up on via the Jamaa (social) tagging function, on their social media and via email. It is disappointing for a platform that claims to uphold Islamic values such as dignity, respect, and safeguarding others. Moderation feels inconsistent and dismissive, and silence from those in charge speaks volumes. I would not recommend this app to anyone who values safety, fairness, or ethical leadership.

I have joined this site and can't believe the amount of bad reviews it has on line I would not pay them a penny as it's a fraud lent site they just want your money . Just look at there reviews and you will be completely shocked. It's not a good experience for the general public stay away from them do not pay anything to them I paid them a fee and my card details where used through this site

This app is entirely run by bots. Everything is computer generated. Everything is aimed at making you pay for membership so that they can later on renew it automatically without your authorization.

I joined muzmatch with high hopes, expecting a genuine and welcoming Islamic environment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that. The atmosphere felt quite the opposite of what the site promised, and it was disappointing to see a lack of genuine engagement.

To make matters worse, I canceled my subscription within the first couple of months, yet I was still charged £69.99 without any notification. I reached out multiple times via email, but received no response. This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is truly disappointing.

In summary, muzmatch did not live up to its promises, and my experience was marred by poor service and unprofessionalism. I would advise caution if you are considering
