I've been scammed. My order was rejected by customs. I've tried to contact you, sent two emails, and received no response, nor have I received another package, as stated on the website.
DEFRAUDED!

I have not recived my RU, I ordered it 1 and a half weeks ago, delivery within EU says it should be 2-3 business days, no problem, but PostNord says my order has been delivered, but i have never got it. Also I have sent multiple mails and didnt get a singel answer. Will update and delete this review if they help out.

I found the order, but i havent got a single answer from the mails i have sent.

First time ordering I Got my ru but second time the delivery returned it an now I reached out multible time but they dont answer og refound

Never recived my order and never recived an answer to the 10 emails i sent over 2 weeks either. I hope you will check your mail and try to make up for yourself, but for now im reccomending people to steer clear. Will update if there is any change in the situation

Never recived package, these people refuse to reply on email too. Have attempted to contact them probably 10 times and no response. Steer clear.

They dont respond to emails, even if i emailed twice. Bad experience and wont buy from them!

Excellent five star service

I ordered 15g of RU58841 from MV Supplements but received only 10g, which I carefully verified using both a precision scale and a technical lab scale.

I immediately contacted customer support via the website chat and was assured three separate times that the missing quantity would be shipped to me.

No shipment ever arrived. After weeks of waiting, I contacted a representative via email (Markus), who contradicted the support team by denying all responsibility and claiming that “every bag is manually weighed,” refusing to acknowledge my report or offer any resolution.

At that point, I was left with an incomplete product, contradictory communication, and a complete waste of time.

What’s worse, all this back-and-forth dragged on until PayPal’s 30-day dispute window expired, making it impossible for me to open a claim.
In hindsight, this feels less like poor customer service and more like a deliberate stalling tactic to avoid accountability.

I never received what I paid for, and the company’s behavior has been evasive, dismissive, and ultimately untrustworthy.

I cannot recommend MV Supplements to anyone who values transparency, reliability, and proper customer support.

After parcel is rejected by customs here in Turkey seller sent me new bottle to a different adress outside of Turkey and it is received today. Good seler, recommended.

"Before ordering ru5884 I e-mailed with the customer service about their orders to Turkey because I had suspicions about whether it will be accepted at the customs or not, get reply from seller that assuring me they sent to Turkey many times before and no problem with shipping. A week or so after ordering parcel came to Turkey and I received message from customs that I need to provide a prescription to take the product, which is impossible. I sent an email to customer support regarding this issue a week ago but still didn't receive any reply. "

Great communication from the get go.
As I have tried almost everything possible, I wanted to find a reliable UK supplier for RU+min to use long term.
I actually paid to get their product tested with Janoshik and it came back 100% legitimate and with the correct high dosage.

I havent been delivered the full package I ordered.

Firstly they declared a wrong weight of 90g at postnord while the part of the order I received already weighed 110 g without wrapping. The original order should have weighed 200g.
They never admitted they made a mistake in a the firstplace.

I complained here. They cried I was a scammer because I guessed how It would be transported, but bad luck for them I work in pharmacy so I know how things are dealt.
They also deleted my comment.
The answers from the customer service was so childish and insulting.
No one should ever paid for this kind of service.

If you havent been delivered what you paid for, beware, they wont every refund you, its in their terms and conditions. To avoid.
