DRS are hounding me for an alleged "debt" for an internet device for Three. I have been in contact with Three on several occasions because I sent the device back in their pre-paid envelope over two months ago, and I have a receipt of posting. I'm starting to get really annoyed as I'm sick of having to spend 30 minutes a time contacting Three to get them to tell DRS to leave me the hell alone as I've returned the device and don't owe anything. I will NEVER use Three again because of this.

DRS are constantly emailing over £80 that I owe eBay.
I don't owe eBay any money and I have never even set up a back account with eBay.
Stealing there money is damn near impossible.

Ebay are corrupt and have broken GDPR by giving out my details to a 3rd party. When Drs spoke to me they wanted to know my name and post code which is illegal for them to even know. Sorry but you can shive credit scores up yo arse. I live in a caravan off grid away from bailiffs and away fro. Long story short, after a muck up by a payment company about a subscription that I previously had had with a monthly beauty box company, that was cancelled in July! I began receiving sms’s and texts from Drs saying I owe £21.
I informed them this had been settled as I was so sick of the harassment and endless texts and post that I’d been on receiving end of, I had paid on 4th November (even though I didn’t owe anything!) Company accepted £15 ,a reduced rate they said as a show of good will and that should have been the end of it!
Nope, nasty little SMS message yesterday from Drs chasing me again!!
I do not owe anything and this time I will be seeking legal recourse for time and distress this has caused me.

Am reading all the reviews and after giving them £50 of benefit money I'm thinking to myself is this going to pay off arrears of some fat mans pocket, as I'm getting nowhere fast i might as well wait for another bailiff's knock,

I received a text with no detail about what debt I was supposed to owe, just a link to follow. It looked like a scam. For a supposedly legit company, it looks a lot like a scammer.

Sending threatening messages demanding money for a bill never owed. Clowns.

Checked my spam folder to daily emails from this lot.. best thing is they don’t even have the right person!

No email to contact, when I phone they can't hear me, yet I phoned my partner a second later she can hear me. I had full bars phoned 4 times they all said the same thing sorry sir I can't hear you I'm going to have to hang up. Absolutely staged. Ebay shame on you for using cowboys

I’ve sent multiple requests for DRS to stop sending me messages as I am not the person referred to in the message.

No one has gotten in touch with me to resolve this

Improve by listening to people ,I have sent my Three box back to them last year if this is what they are babbling on about sick of them droaning on about it ,Might scare other people but not me maybe THREE might do their job better as well by looking in their returns basket

This needs to be closed down and the people behind this jailed.

Scammers - wrote to me saying I had outstanding PAYE on a business that never registered for PAYE, HMRC suggested reporting them to the police via the action fraud web site

Scammers, texting every week I have debt with Admiral but can not provide any proof. SCAMERS

Constant harassment from DRS over a £10 payment from eBay which I disputed through eBay . I don’t deal with threats and harassment.

Constant harassment texting me daily and calling I have no debts with eBay???? I dont have an eBay account so not sure where you have purchased this information from but also why are you fraudulently using my data. I will be taking this further as this is more than what would be classed as acceptable for any debt collectors. No information given just sent a link to complete and fill my details and admit to something that isn’t my debt. Disgusting behaviours and don’t let these bully’s fool you. You will be hearing from my legal team with regards to the harassment and illegal use of my data under the data protection act.

This company has been sending texts to my phone for someone called Osari Osama and when I block them they use a new number. I called them and told them but they ignored me, Report to police for harassment and others should do the same.

This company harasses and bullies people often over very small amounts.

In my case £28 for an eBay fee which was disputed.

However I have received a constant bombardment of texts and emails that hasn’t stopped despite me asking them to calm down and stop doing it.

They’ve been reported to the police and I’m going to be notifying the FCA and the body regulators for this god awful company.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT LISTEN TO ANY REQUESTS OR EMAILS. THEY WILL ACTUALLY UP THE ANTE AND CONTINUE WITH THEIR CONSTANT BARRAGE OF CALLS, TEXTS AND EMAILS.

Constant harassment via calls, voice messages and texts for over 6 months to a personal phone. Alleged company debt to HMRC, despite that company being dissolved. I have spoken to them and told them to remove me from their database, which worked for a week, but then the bombardment continues. Despite being blocked by O2 they still seem to be able to leave vms and texts. Outrageous.
