Disgusting company who failed to follow…

Disgusting company who failed to follow the practices FCA using bully tactics to get me to accept a debt that isn’t mine: they can’t prove it is mine and this had been going on for years it’s also statue barred debt so now I’m going to prove they are in the wrong they still put a default on my credit report . The ombudsman and FCA are taking action I’m awaiting further investigation: don’t let them get away with it. I have sent cease and desist letter they ignored me. I also sent a prove it letter again I am
Sure they will just ignore me. It goes around in circles account on hold for 60 days cooling off and then the harassment starts again.. I’m not ignoring them I have asked them to prove the debt and refer to the creditor but I just get ignored. Do your research and fight back .

Still keep sending me emails which is…

Still keep sending me emails which is really quite annoying . I did unsubscribe and I’m still getting notifications and why have I not logged in for a month. Seems to push for my liking

This was a setting you will have been walked through when you just signed up, but we appreciate it's not always easy to take it all in, let alone remember. Did my first subscription which looked…

Did my first subscription which looked good discounted so was happy. The order arrived and was left on my doorstep in full view of all the thief’s in the area. Not only did my order take 9 days to be delivered it was late and then stolen.. shocking service including customer service who assured me it would be here the 19december it wasn’t and again I was disappointed. I won’t order from here again the delivery was non existent and I can order through Amazon for next days service.
Update they sent me a new one and it came within one day so I am much happier with this but again I was disappointed with my first delivery. Hence the 3 stars

So happy with Pata pet

So happy with Pata pet. I moved over from another booking system and I have found the whole process to be stress free and the team especially Jessi have been so helpful and supportive. Highly recommended.

The product in the photos looked…

The product in the photos looked amazing. Delivery was ok. The product quality looks £899 cheap and isn’t worth the price I paid it was too much hassle to post it all back to be honest … I wouldn’t purchase this product again. I would say it’s more priced around £399

Absolutely shocking company.

Absolutely shocking company.. purchase brand new trainers for my son for his 18th when they arrived they had a mark on them and the soles looked worn. They wouldn’t accept them back and made it so difficult to sort out. Offered me a £10 refund managed to get the refund to £20 but should have been much more . I will not shop here ever again

I was not happy with the service so cancelled now they want me to pay a £30 charge for what? You did nothing at all… I just feel it was a waste of money and not worth it

Awful site

Awful site and it was through the wix site so I do not trust you they said they were from wix and he didn’t have your wix .com address yet your page lead me to him as a trusted contact… I purchased a package with the wix sites. Website and then a domain etc and then the pay extra for this and that.. it was way to expensive and too much messing about. I then requested someone help me with my SEO amd I wasn’t happy with the contact I felt they were pushy. I asked for the person they referred to me for evidence they were working wix they couldn’t offer this. Again all very suspect and the email he was associated with wasn’t a wix email address which again is a red flag. I requested they cancel as it’s within the 14 days. The interactions with Facebook and other social media kept failing it all seemed convenient for them then to ask me if I wanted paid help to sort the problems… At first I was excited and thought it looked great and then the problems started. I had paid at least £38 in total or would be monthly once my 1 month offer expires it would have been very expensive. I would honestly do your research this company obviously don’t care about your website just up selling you more products that don’t work. I was refunded in the end but very misleading sales
