Fantastic personal service from Lam, I had 10 dvi tapes from over 20 years which Lam digitised keeping the HD quality to a very high standard and bringing back some great memory’s. I was sent a sample by email first which was a nice touch, very impressed and will be certainly digging out more tapes.

Great service from beginning to end. Great communication, delivery and product. It was great to have a clear out and get rid a box of photos and have them transferred to a memory stick. All photos look great. The process was easy with My Media Memories.

The quality of the work was very good and prompt. Lam's communication and reassurance about receipt of slides, dispatch etc. went way beyond my expectations.

Wow, what a service. My granddad finally got to have a picture with the famous and his beloved Anfield sign, and wouldn't you know it, the photographer (not me!) only went and cut the sign in half! You wouldn't know it though after some expert handy work from My Media Memories. If you think it can't be done, it's still worth asking the question. Highly recommended.

I had a badly damaged photo and contacted My Media Memories for advice.
I cannot stress how helpful Lam from the company was.
I sent a screenshot of my photo, we then discussed the possible outcome, I posted it to him and the next day he sent an email including my revamped photo for my approval!
It was unbelievable how quickly he repaired it.

I posted 77 slides to Lam, all old, many dating back to the 1960s. Within a couple of days I received a small selection of photos to review and less than a week after posting, all 77 have been returned as high resolution, repaired and enhanced pictures on a memory stick along with the original boxes of slides. I am so delighted with the results and with the outstanding service from Lam.

The customer service is fantastic and with a friendly and helpful approach. I needed some very old photos enhanced and put onto a USB stick together with some later photos enhanced, especially the colour.
This was all done and posted back to me within a few days.
I have had prints done and am delighted with the results.
I would highly recommend this service and would certainly use it again.

My lovely Dad passed away 2 years ago and he was a keen photographer. We wanted to preserve our many childhood memories that had been captured over the years. I came across My Media Memories after lots of searching. I not only wanted someone who had the skills to digitalise photos and slides, but who would also treat our precious memories with care. I received a fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Lam stayed in touch throughout the process of converting slides into digital photos, showed me examples to check that I was happy with the result, and managed to enhance some of the darker, poorer quality slides. Given that many of the slides dated from the 1960s and 1970s, he managed to produce very impressive results

From start to finish Lam remained professional, offering clear concise information with integrity, diligence and a caring attitude. First class service and nothing but praise for Lam and the team. I received a very quick response to my initial enquiry - even though it was a Sunday. I sent Lam over 100 very old and faded slides and he worked his magic! They are now saved on a memory stick and they have been restored and enhanced. The colours now are vivid. Very reasonably priced and I've no hesitation in recommending Lam. Just getting another 100 slides ready to be posted and these are over 50 years old! Can't wait to see the results!!! :)
