Lam is amazing at what he does, the customer service has been great and he’s produced lovely scans of all my photos as well as very kindly beautifully enhancing them as well as sending me the originals! Would absolutely recommend his services to anyone.

Lam was super awesome, so conscientious and really went above a beyond what other companies provide, even doing some light editing to improve the video for me. He was quick to turn them around and kept in communication along the way. His service is very reasonably priced in comparison to others out there and reliving some of the memories was such a joy. I recently lost my grandparents, and I found two VHS tapes with my name on at their house, I was ecstatic! I looked into lots of different conversion places, and found My Media Memories. As I was unsure on the content, as my Nan was a massive Saints fan and re-recording a saints game over the contents wouldn’t have been out of character! Lam went above and beyond, checked the tape for me before converting (to check it was me, and not a saints game) and found the most precious memories! I’m so glad I converted the tapes, and Lam made the process so easy. Very reasonable, and even advised me after the conversion process on how I could distribute the memories to family members. I can’t recommend the service enough! Also, you get to support a local business in the process which was a great plus! Thank you Lam ☺️

A family sepia photograph that was found in disrepair was brought back to life and a 2nd copy of the photo was also provided in colour. To see the Sepia in one piece was amazing but to see the 2nd copy in colour was breathtaking.

Finally, a company that listens to the client and manages their expectations as to what is ( or isn’t possible ). We are currently transferring all our photographs, videos, CDs and DVDs - some from over 50 years ago and in bad condition - and the results are amazing!

I was very impressed with Lam’s attention to detail in digitising my photos and slides - the digital products were so much better of the lower quality originals in terms of improved clarity and colour and getting rid of unwanted splodges. The quality of service was also fantastic - Lam was very clear and professional in his communications and made sure I was happy with a few test pictures before proceeding. He also understood my time constraints and made a special effort to complete the job very promptly. The price for the service was also extremely reasonable. All in all - expectations well and truly exceeded.
