Got lured in by the hairstyle advert and now wish i hadnt. Want to cancel but the Inspoy app wont download (in hindsight that could be a good thing, who knows) so cannot cancel any subscription i have inadvertently agreed to in the small print. Presumably that is what has happened to me. Now i will spend time watching my bank statements to make sure no further money leaves my account. I am £1 down without anything to show for it and possibly more. Dont know how i could have been so stupid to get drawn into this scam. Think because £1 seemed reasonable but it could be far worse.
Please contact me with details of how i can cancel this via email and without spending hours taking to an AI robot

Scam!
I paid £1 as saw advert on insta. Just for a hair app. Saw negative reviews and checked subscriptions within the app. Noticed that there was indeed a subscription for £42 a month. I never agreed to this !! I was asked to purchase pdf’s and each time I said no. I managed to cancel the subscription on the app but am worried that they’ll still take the money. Tried to stop the £1 via my bank but can’t. I guess I’ll have to request a new payment card. This is utterly awful.

I paid €1.21 for a 3 day trial
I paid €1.21 for a 3 day trial, did not sign up to any subscription and they tried to take €48.99 out of my bank today. Luckily I don’t keep much money in this bank so it was declined! I’m still waiting for the hairstyle that they were sending me, had no email or any communication from them at all so basically I have given them money for absolutely nothing! Avoid at all costs, SCAM!!!

an utter scam.
Such a mistake, I stupidly was thinking about a new hairstyle and clicked. Very amused by their analysis, not at all amused by spending such a time cancelling the subscription, I hope I have succeeded, time will tell.
Back to their analysis. The hair styles were average and for young women, I explained that I was 70 with grey hair, this fell on deaf AI ears. Then, out of interest I looked at the clothes they suggested, a miniskirt was one of the best!
5 mins of amusement, half a day of irritation.

Scam, take money from your account
I paid the required £1 and expressly stated I didn’t want a membership or subscription. A few days later they took over £42 from my current account and my bank won’t help me get it back. So not click on anything for stylix or Inspoy on socials as it is fake. It is a scam. Please be careful and avoid

I never subscribed I had the app for like a day and never used it and forgot about it completely. I think I might have paid $4.99 for something like a one time purchase and then didn’t like it so was like ok well I won’t subscribe. Found out today over the past six months I’ve been getting charged 49.99 a month and had no idea. So frusterating. I reported it to my bank and they refunded me, I contacted the app services via email and told them I never subscribed and to refund me. And they just responded like well looks like you did subscribe and paid 49.99 from March to September!! But we’ll cancel your subscription. Then they charged me again!! Actually so frusterating

Like everyone else I stupidly paid 1 pound, have been billed 43.99, despite IMMEDIATELY trying to unsubscribe. There is no way to unsubscribe. The instructions don't work. This is clearly criminal spam activity and Instagram should ban them.

Unauthorised subscription charge
Absolutely appalling service from this company.
I cancelled my subscription immediately after installing the app yet this company still took £42.97 from my credit card 3 days later!
This is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling that I have been treated unfairly and misled.
I cancelled the subscription expecting no further payments to be taken, so to see a full year's subscription charged days later is disgraceful.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice and check your bank statements carefully!
I expect a full refund of the money taken, for which incidentally I received nothing.
A very disappointing and annoying experience and a complete lack of trust in this company.
Update, I have now received a full refund, thank you.
Have faith everyone, they do actually want to fix it!

If I could give it a minus figure I…
If I could give it a minus figure I would. Like everyone else on here I have been scammed. I clearly chose the option of a 99p purchase then have also been charged 42.99, allegedly for a pdf that I didn’t request. Not showing in my Apple subscriptions and nowhere to cancel on the website.
Customer services say they cannot trace the transaction even though I have sent a screenshot from my bank.
People need to be aware that this company is clearly engaging in fraudulent behaviour, evidenced by the amount of people who are reporting the same problem.
Instagram should be blocking them too.
Their response on this site says they will try and resolve the matter. They have already emailed to say no refund will be given but won’t confirm that I will never have to pay this subscription again. I didn’t subscribe but have no way of cancelling it.
You can tell by the number of reviews on here that it’s a scam. Please spread the news to family and friends so they don’t get scammed too.

Do not go on this app, I used it for about an hour then messaged support to say cancel , they replied to say their team was working on it right away, then like everyone else I got charged $49.99us a month later, I have proof of my request to cancel. The support team have cancelled my subscription now, and refunded me $4.99, I am currently waiting to hear back after showing the proof of my cancel request (that they were already aware of) this is $90 nz they took and have left me with no money.
Update, I have emailed what was requested in the response message from Inspoy and have received no reply, no roll of the red carpet for me.
Update, I received a full refund last night, thankyou.

I cancelled my subscription on the same…
I cancelled my subscription on the same day, following their directions. 3 days later I was charged for a year's subscription. When I protested, they lied and said I never cancelled in the first place - even though I confirmed both on the apple site and within the app - and said it was my fault for not reading the fine print. All of which is untrue. It's the fine print that prompted me to cancel in the first place. They're scam artists, don't download. Oh and the app is useless.
UPDATE: Inspoy agreed to honor the cancellation and refunded me the charges so I upgraded my review to 2 stars. I'm still skeptical though; I shouldn't have needed to escalate things. Still suggest exercising caution before signing up.

It’s a scam , l paid the £1 then never even look at the report as it hadn’t come through , thought no more of it until l saw a £42 charge on my card , Lve contact them because l desperately need the money refunded, Lve down managed to download app , but won’t let be go on anything or cancel it , and it’s saying it’s going to take £42 next month also , lm going mad with worry . It’s all very unclear and misleading avoid at all costs
