thank you for your review.
So glad to read that you managed to use the document numbers at Denpasar airport. We always recommend to download the documents before departure to avoid such scenario's and not be dependent of your data-roaming connection, or the airport wifi-network.

EDIT: can you please identify yourself to our support staff? If we did not send you anything, you are entitled to your money back as subject to our terms and conditions. Only if documents are processed and delivered in time, we do not give out refunds by default.
Have done some research and I am able to find 1 internal review matching your exact wording and mentioned prices. This is tied to a request for a family of 3, arrival date 1 september. All documents have been sent. Please ask for Arne (short for Arnold) to get in touch with me personally so we can get to the bottom of this.

We are very sorry to read that you experienced our service this way, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this situation has caused you. 🙏

We would kindly and urgently ask you to contact us regarding your case at info@myarrival.com, so that we can investigate what happened and arrange a refund for you as soon as possible.

Please note that if we are unable to process an application, you will always receive a refund.

There are several reasons why an application may not be processed, including:

- A missing passport photo — in such cases, we always send an email requesting the missing document.
- A missing passport copy — we also contact you by email if this is required.
- Incomplete or incorrectly provided information that we are unable to verify or process.

For urgent applications, we do charge an additional processing fee for expedited service.

Regardless of the circumstances, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We sincerely hope you can put this situation behind you and enjoy the rest of your holiday in Bali. 🌴

Please feel free to contact us after your trip as well if you would like us to look into the situation in more detail.

For now, we hope you can relax, enjoy your stay, and have a wonderful time in Bali. 😊

We’d also like to clarify that MyArrival is an independent third-party service provider that assists customers with visa and travel document applications. Our aim is to make the application process as simple and straightforward as possible by helping ensure that all required information is submitted correctly and by providing multilingual support throughout the process. This can help reduce the likelihood of government authorities requesting additional information and minimize the risk of an application being refused.

As an independent service provider, we have our own processing fees. Depending on the service selected and the requested processing time, additional fees may also apply for urgent or expedited processing. Any applicable fees are related to the services requested and are separate from any fees charged by government authorities.
