Report not explaining the issue as "needed to be investigated further)"

Easy to book in. Several notifications informed me of my cars progress through the system. Easy to read detailed report.

Inspection was quick and provided me with a good review that was helping me in ensuring that the issue with the brake pads was fixed by the dealer before they sold me the vehicle.

Great communication, great service, great price.

As always, quick and fast to get my vehicle back on the road. Greatly appreciated.

Report was efficient - we picked the car up the next day and drove all the way back to Wellington from Auckland. Car was exactly how the technician said. The report was very detailed with photos detailing everything in the car. Thanks so much!

The process to book a technician was really good and easy, phone calls and communication was great.
my only problem was I was quoted a price then it was changed and we had a discussion about it and they said they will honour the quote I was given and the next day they did not honour the original quote, not a lot of difference in the quote but it is the principle

Technician was efficient and assessed what he could for a mobile technician. Unfortunately the issue with my vehicle was not resolved as it requires more investigation within a workshop.

The company was easy to find on the internet and the booking process and response was efficient. I was kept informed throughout the process. I am not totally au fait with the technical terms but managed to locate a service that I thought best matched what was wrong with my car

The convenience of having to be at home while the service is being done. But not only that explained the issues I had to fix with the car even had parts available for a filter that needed replacing. Will definitely use this service again.

booked a home visit with the website last week, got called a couple days later and told they cant make it that day and can we rebook teh day after. I agreed and was told the booking was made for the following day, I even received a conformation email stating the new date/time for the booking. The day of the new booking comes and they dont show up at all!! the only notification i get from them was AFTER they closed at 5pm with a txt saying. "Just reaching out to see if you were wanting to re book your work 3-4 days past now?" after replying to the txt stating them it was already rebooked and was supposed to be done today the only information i got was " it doesnt look like it got scheduled today our apologies." no it did get scheduled and i got the email to confirm it. As it was after 5PM theres no way contact at all so im left with no repairs, money gone with a pre paid appointment they didnt bother going to, and no attempt to resolve their mistake.

Technician that came to my home to change a starter motor, was super fast an efficient and also very well mannered I would by far highly recommend the service I received today. To all my family and friends.

Booked Mobile Mechanic. Was waiting for the parts to be delivered to the mechanic for 1.5 weeks. When the part didnt arrive on time and had to rebooking few times, myautoshop communicated with me really well. With the phone call, txt and email. Communication is on top!!! Best customer service!!! Thank you!!
