Thrilled with the result
I’ve worked with My Bespoke Room a few times. Most recently, Mariana redesigned our open-plan living and dining room. My brief was quite chaotic as I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but she was so great at exploring options and suggesting things I’d never thought of. I absolutely love the warm, bold result, which looks wonderful whilst also working for family life. Sian was also a brilliant support on the shopping side and really went above and beyond. Thank you!

Hi Rebecca,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely 5-star review! It is always a complete pleasure to welcome you back for another project with us.
Open-plan living spaces can be notoriously tricky to nail down, especially when starting with a brief that feels a bit chaotic! Mariana is brilliant at taking those initial ideas, exploring options, and introducing fresh concepts you might not have considered.
Hearing that you love the warm, bold result and that it works seamlessly for family life is just fantastic.
I’ll also be sure to share your lovely words with Sian. Navigating the ordering process smoothly and going above and beyond is exactly what our shopping team is all about!
Thank you once again for your continued trust in My Bespoke Room. We hope you and your family enjoy every moment in your gorgeous new space!

Hira is a fantastic designer, and I will be sure to pass your lovely feedback straight on to her. Hallways can often be tricky spaces to get right, so it's brilliant to hear that she designed yours so beautifully.
It means the world to us that you consistently find our service to be exceptional quality and great value.

Faultless
This is the second time we've used my bespoke room and our experience didn't disappoint. This time we designed 5 rooms (rather than just the 1 that we did first time round) and Kerry absolutely nailed it from start to finish. She was quick, ALWAYS pulled through on her promises of timings, changed things for us and really listened to what we required, even if we weren't entirely sure ourselves. We will be back again in the future for sure!

Hi Gina,
Thank you so much for leaving such a wonderful 5-star review!
Upgrading from one room on your first project to trusting us with five rooms this time around is a huge compliment, and we are absolutely thrilled to hear that the experience was faultless from start to finish.
Kerry is an absolute superstar, and I will make sure your fantastic feedback is passed straight to her. Balancing five rooms at once takes serious organisation, so it’s brilliant to know she nailed the timing, kept every promise, and drew out exactly what you wanted, even when you weren't fully sure yourself!
Having clients return to us is the highest praise we could ask for. Thank you again for your trust, and we already can't wait to welcome you back for project number three in the future!

I loved working with Federica
I loved working with Federica — she made the whole process fun and effortless. She was genuinely excited about the project, super thoughtful, and somehow translated the fuzzy ideas I couldn’t explain into a room that feels exactly like me.
She came up with clever solutions, like turning a “dead” gap into useful storage and optimising the layout so everything fits and breathes. The vibe stayed calm and beautiful the whole way through, and the final result is gorgeous — I’m so happy with it.
Huge shoutout to Sian too — with purchases, samples, and organising everything. Having her support makes the whole experience stress‑free.
Highly recommend Federica (and Sian!) if you want someone who cares, gets creative, and actually enjoys the work.

Thank You My Bespoke Room
My Bespoke Room is a simply fabulous service. I used MBR about two years ago to transform our open plan living and dining area because I was struggling to know how to organise and dress the spaces; getting utterly overwhelmed my using social media for inspiration and fed up of making expensive mistakes. I was so pleased with the service and results that I did not hesitate to use them again when I needed to give the hallway and main bedroom some much needed TLC. I selected the Room Design package for the main bedroom and the Room Styling package for the hallway. It was great to have these different package options and given the level of service you get from both they are great value for money. It is wonderful to have that 1:1 contact with your designer and I really enjoyed the whole experience of exploring the design options. Our designer was Sarah and she is just so intuitive and responsive which is so important to somebody like me who finds it difficult to articulate my interiors vision. She has produced designs that really reflect my style. I now feel a real sense of joy entering the hallway and bedroom. Another standout feature for me is the fact that the designer creates your shopping list so it is a breeze actually buying the items and I love the fact that there are different options for each product. Sian from the order team has been fabulous too and made everything so simple for us. For me using My Bespoke Room has been a wonderful experience and I am delighted again with the designs. Thank you 😊

Takes the stress out of decorating your home!
Working with Liv on the design of our home has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
Liv designed our entire house remotely, and what impressed me most was her ability to understand exactly what we were trying to achieve. Despite never being in the house in person, she quickly grasped our style, how we wanted the spaces to function, and most importantly, how we wanted our home to feel. She brought ideas and expertise that elevated the design far beyond what we could have achieved ourselves.
Communication throughout the project was excellent. Liv was always responsive, organised and clear, making what could have felt like an overwhelming process both enjoyable and straightforward. We always felt informed, involved and supported in the decisions we were making.
One of Liv’s greatest strengths is her ability to create a cohesive vision across an entire home. Each room has its own character, but everything works beautifully together and feels connected. The finished result feels thoughtful, balanced and completely in keeping with the way we live as a family.
What I particularly appreciated was how collaborative the process felt. Liv was incredibly open to feedback and genuinely listened to our thoughts and ideas. She never made us feel like we had to choose between her vision and our own preferences; instead, she worked with us to refine and evolve the designs until we reached a result that we absolutely loved.
The end result is a home that feels both beautiful and completely “us”. We are genuinely delighted with every room and couldn’t be happier with how everything has come together.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Liv to anyone looking for a talented, creative and highly professional designer. She has been phenomenal to work with, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she has done to help turn our house into a home we love!

Designing a whole home remotely is no small feat, so it is fantastic to hear how impressed you were with Liv's ability to truly grasp your style, family needs, and how you wanted the space to feel without ever stepping foot inside. Bringing a cohesive vision across an entire home, where each room has its own unique character but still feels connected, is exactly what Liv does best.
We also love that you highlighted the collaborative nature of the project. We never want our clients to feel like they are choosing between a designer's vision and their own preferences, so hearing that the process felt supportive, open, and genuinely collaborative means the world to us.

Good for getting my thoughts clear but that's it.
I'm actually loathe to leave a negative review because I'm sure they are doing their best but it didn't really work out for me.
It was good for getting my thoughts clear, but not much else.
I feel as though I paid someone to talk to me about my bedroom décor, while I supplied ideas from Pinterest.
What I ended up with wasn't what I wanted at all (it was all strangely Aztec, which was never mentioned!!) and the room still doesn't feel finished either, so all in all pretty average experience for me, unfortunately.
Like one of the few other people to leave a somewhat negative review here, I was also surprised there was no request for feedback after the job was finished.

We have used My Bespoke Room for at least eight designs and, every time, the service has been tremendous - from the designers through to the customer success and shopping teams. Using My Bespoke Room was one of the…
Using My Bespoke Room was one of the best decisions I made when buying my new flat.
I needed help designing my open-plan space and master bedroom, and at the beginning I honestly had no real idea what I wanted. I was confused, overwhelmed, and second-guessing everything. I had seen Liv mentioned so many times in other reviews, so I asked if she could work on my project, and I am so glad I did.
From the first meeting, Liv was amazing. She helped guide me through different design styles and directions, and at one point everything just clicked and I realised, “that’s my style.” That was such an important moment for me, because I finally felt like I understood how I wanted my home to look and feel.
Her mood boards were incredible. She really pushed me to think differently, but always in a way that made sense, and the ideas she came up with were so right for the space. She clearly has a strong vision and a real talent for understanding what a client wants, even when they are struggling to explain it.
I am someone who asks a lot of questions and can be very detailed and sometimes overthink things, but Liv was always patient, helpful and reassuring. I felt in safe hands the whole way through.
After that, Sian took over on the shopping side, and she was also fantastic. She helped with ordering, returns and sorting out a few issues with furniture, and she was always kind, patient and helpful.
I am genuinely so grateful to both of them. They made a huge difference, and I now live in a space that I absolutely love because of their help. I have already recommended My Bespoke Room to friends and would happily recommend them to anyone else. :)

We cannot thank Laura enough!
Laura was amazing at helping us see that she could take the stress away from having to decide about colour schemes, furniture etc and how things could be mapped out in our new downstairs renovation. She took on board our preferences and created a downstairs living space and office that we absolutely love. We would never have been able to create such a calming and amazing space without her input and insight. Happy customer
Initially, choosing an interior design company felt overwhelming as there were so many options on the market. From my first conversations with Beatrice, she reassured me that she understood the design I was aiming for, and her genuine excitement to get started only reassured me further. I began with our main project — a kitchen and open-plan living space — and she really took the time to understand my style and what I was trying to achieve.
At the time, we were in the middle of a complete house renovation and the rooms hadn’t yet been built, so Beatrice was working from floor plans that I was still refining and tweaking as the project evolved. This was never a problem — she was completely comfortable working from plans, adapted easily to changes, and understood how to design flexibly without it complicating the process. That was exactly what I needed.
She didn’t just understand the brief — she absolutely nailed it. Beatrice was a pleasure to work with: genuinely lovely, incredibly talented, and very easy to communicate with throughout. I was so happy with the final design that I asked to continue working with her on two further spaces, including a bathroom and our hallway, and once again she delivered beautifully.
If I could have worked with Beatrice on the entire house, I would have. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend both her and the company.

It is fantastic to hear how she handled the complexities of your project. Amazing service for all budgets
I had a fantastic experience with My Bespoke Room and would highly recommend their service, especially my designer, Karine. She was incredibly collaborative and an absolute dream to work with. Karine brought my vision to life and came up with so many brilliant ideas I hadn’t even considered.
As a first-time buyer feeling overwhelmed by everything, the service removed so much stress from the process. Karine helped me maximise a small space and find products within my budget that worked perfectly with both my vision and the space constraints. Given the small footprint and tight budget, I wasn’t sure what would be possible but Karine exceeded my expectations.
Communication was excellent and everything was delivered on time. I’m absolutely thrilled with the final designs which are both beautiful and genuinely functional for everyday living.

Brilliant service and results, thank you!
I can't recommend My Bespoke Room highly enough. Michelle created a fantastic design for a tricky two-rooms-knocked-into-one space and we now have two zones that are distinct but have different feels to them. I was really impressed by the design consultation process and the volume of materials that Michelle produced that enabled me to bring her vision to life. There was so much attention to detail that I felt confident with every decision I had to make.
I was very happy with the buying options and went with a large number of the recommendations. Buying everything through them made it so much simpler and I loved having multiple choices for each item.
I'm usually confident in choosing my own scheme for a room but didn't want to make an expensive mistake with my living room. I'm so impressed with the final result, everywhere I look there is something interesting and beautiful to look at and I couldn't be happier!

Hi Amy,
Thank you so much for this absolutely fantastic 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear that you can't recommend My Bespoke Room highly enough.
It's wonderful that Michelle was able to create a fantastic design for your tricky two-rooms-knocked-into-one space, successfully creating two distinct zones with different feels. That takes real design talent! We're pleased that the consultation process impressed you and that the volume and attention to detail in the materials gave you complete confidence in your decisions.
We're so happy that you found the product options and seamless shopping process simple, and that you appreciated having multiple product choices for each item.
We understand that you didn't want to make an expensive mistake in your living room, and we are so impressed that you love the final result! Hearing that everywhere you look, there is something interesting and beautiful to look at is the highest praise we could ask for.
Warm regards,
Vince & The MBR Team
Such a great service!
This is such a great service! Olivia turned around our design and provided a list of items really quickly after we submitted our brief, so we didn't have to wait long before seeing what a cosy, inviting bedroom we could have. Great communication too, with frequent check-ins and answers to questions on the chat function. I can't wait to see it all come together. This is my second time working with MBR and I've already signed up for another room! Thank you!
