ordered some socks and a couple of suits off of the website a few years back. they only sent the socks with a note that the suits would be subsequently delivered. never received the suits, and emails to company were ignored.

Cannot return garment. No returns policy and no reply to emails. Unbelievable.

Bought mans flying jacket for xmas gift, came days after, ordered right size ,nowhere near fits & very poor quality. Wanted return day after but return form wont let you type & sent 5 e mails asking for return address. NO response at all & no phone no. Really bad business operation & highly likely a scam. Avoid ordering. Taken money though.

wow. Ordered a coat and after taking up with my credit card co was reimbursed as the order was never dispatched. The ordered via Bernard Weatherill where I have the same issue. I think they are the same company with the same poor service and customer service. NO christmas present and as yet no contact or refund.....

Ordered jacket in beginning of month, I had to contact them first when it didn’t arrive after the stated 3-5 working days. They got back to me saying they will send the jacket „asap“. Just a really lazy response that shows they clearly take no pride on their business or give a toss about their customers. After reaching out a second time to them I received the response that due to stock mismanagement I won’t receive the jacket. Thank you very much much.

Order number MAL42874 was placed for a coat nearly 3 working weeks ago and, similar to others’ experiences, they replied once just citing “time of year” as an explanation for the delay and have marked it as waiting to dispatch. They then don’t respond to any further chasing emails and have no phone number.

Orders 2 lambswool sweaters and coat. All fitted perfectly thanks to the size guides. I’ll be keeping all 3 items and buying more. Arrived extremely quickly - indeed a day before the tracking suggested. Would highly recommend for superb quality at almost unbelievable prices.

I ordered a coat nearly two weeks ago, which still hasn't shipped, and I have received no response from the customer service team.

Ordered a coat over a week ago. Shop website says still being prepared for delivery , after a week !!!!!!! The excuse is it’s Xmas . Shocking customer service.

Ordered two Bernard Weatherill sweaters at £58 each, which I thought a good price. Delivery was swift and efficient and the goods were well packed. Quality was excellent. A very positive experience. Highly recommended.

I was sent wrong size, I returned it and I was only given a partial refund with no explanation.

Doesn’t refund. Now seemingly operating scams under the name LuvLux

Not getting a refund for returns. Its awful/ No phone number and emails don't get replied to. Do not buy from this company.

Everything is fine as long as u dont have to return any item , bought the sneakers for around £148 and returned them on same day ( need a bigger size) through royal mail ( exact procedure as they mentioned in website) , more than three weeks now since product is delivered back to them but neither they refund anything nor they respond to my emails , luckily i paid through paypal and escalated the case to them, finally got the refund through paypal.

Not genuine, they are selling very much alike copies.

Two really good experiences ordering from this site. Excellent packaging and products. Ordered a coat, two pairs of shoes and three tops all high quality, the fit on the Kilgour merino polo is perfect, will ordered another in a different colour. Had to speak to customer services on the 1st order and again they were quick to respond and answer my queries

I was sceptical about the Bernard Weatherill pea coat which is advertised on their website at £595 but offered by Malford at £117.95 ( (down from £395 - an old price?) Reading mixed revues didn't help either but I took the chance and 3 days later I have received a beautiful coat, beautifully packaged, in a suit cover, as one would expect from a higher end store and as advertised. The size 40 fits a little too tight as I have sometimes found from high end garments and shoes - Bally for example - but rather than going to the bother of returning and re-ordering I shall move the buttons which, if done properly and only by a small amount, will be unnoticeable. I quite enjoy a bit of amateur tailoring. I shall enjoy wearing the coat, but not yet. Its definitely an Autumn /Winter garment.

Be very careful. I returned an item to them and they are refusing to refund my money.

Malford advertisements started to appear in my Insta feed, and whilst I was interested in their products, I was also very skeptical. Reviews on here were very mixed, which did not help.

To test the waters, I decided to order a single Pink shirt, an item that I was confident I would be happy with and wouldn't need to return. The shirt duly arrived and is excellent. I then went on to make use of Malford's multi-buy discount on shirts, buying 3 more Pink shirts of the same size. So I now have 4 Pink shirts that I'm very happy with and have been a terrific bargain. They all arrived via tracked Royal Mail services, within a couple of days of ordering.

I don't have any experience of returning items. So overall, my experiences have been very positive.
