Very happy

I read some of the reviews and was slightly apprehensive but after asking a few questions via their whatsapp channel I was happy to go ahead.

I ordered a VIN specific model and what I received was a VIN specific OEM manual and I am very happy. The manuals, as you would expect, assume a certain level of knowledge but for me this is money well spent. I have a manual that shows me how to accomplish maintenance tasks to manufacturers specification.

I have been searching for this level of knowledge for many years, sadly the Haynes online manuals in the main are very generic. This is about 10,000 pages of manual for my car. Highly recommeded.

would give zero but that does not seem possible. first manual that was supplied was incomplete. next manual that was supplied also incomplete. purchased the manual for an i20 off their site which was advertised for models 2008-2020. low and behold they do not have the manual for my car and keep pushing me from pillar to post with excuse after excuse and now radio silence.

Garth purchased a software manual that covers vehicles up to 2018 models, Garth's model was not covered so we offered to create a custom manual for Garth at no charge. He sent us an incorrect VIN number and then an image that was rejected by Hyundai, so we asked him three times to confirm the VIN number, but he did not reply. Then we see we have a negative review.

We have again reached out to Garth offering to refund him and provide him with a PDF manual so hopefully he will reply to this and we can move forward and perhaps he will amend his review.

My search is over

My search is over! I am a semi-professional mechanic, and I am sick of so many jokers online, mostly on eBay who just sell anything and give you no follow up or refund. Came across easymanuals when I was down another rabbit hole looking for a manual for another project. I am so long in the tooth now I know what I am looking for. I messaged Owen who was a nice enough guy and he answered my questions, nice to speak to a native English speaker and not an AI robot. Gave me the answers I needed and I got the manual and bloody hell it is great. Further orders will follow.

Ford Explorer Hydrid 2022

Been using a software program another website sold me which is too complicated, asked easymanuals if their manual was the same and they offered me a PDF manual as a different option, they sent a preview for me and I bought the manual as a downloadable file. The workshop manual is much easier to use that the software program and I can use it on my tablet when I am making repairs which is better for me.

So I am glad I read reviews on here before I bought my manual as like a few others I got the wrong product and thought oh god what's this!! I chatted to Beth I think it is and she sent me a link to an alternative manual that downloaded straight away. I might not have thought to contact them and then this review might be completely different. Hats off to them, they are a great company.

Never more!

After a year, I have neither received a manual nor gotten my money back. They claim the return period has expired. My emails and inquiries were either ignored or answered with excuses. With my VIN, Easymanuals couldn’t do anything, and I get the impression they aren’t actually capable of producing manuals—at least nothing you couldn’t find for free on the internet. €145 completely wasted. Stay away from Easymanuals!

A happy customer

There were no issues with the order or payment.
I think the PDF format is ideal as it can be opened on virtually any device, including PCs, smartphones and tablets. Another advantage of the PDF format is that you can zoom in on images if necessary. This is the manual I’ve always wanted, with lots of clear photos and illustrations. Highly recommended!

Actually one star is too kind

Actually one star is too kind. Don't go anywhere near this company, the download you'll get isn't just one but 3 downloads and a 12 yr old geek will struggle with those. Support was absolutely useless, offered, a pdf, perhaps when I can find one...
This is a near to a scam as I hope most will ever experience, don't buy, run like hell!

Oh hello, Ian is here to give a bad review to another company. I think we are number 10 on his 1 star reviews list. Here is a snippet of a review Ian gave to Waitrose:

"INSTANT DESPAIR.

PROPER check outs replaced with the most unwanted ever means of payment in ANY supermarket self check out.

Found a "manager" who had clearly attended the Waitrose self check out brainwashing course...

I told him he was dreaming no one on planet earth wants self check out....

I hope they have stored the original PROPER belts in the back somewhere so they can be refitted overnight...."

Oh and here is another 1 star review Ian has given another company where he has bought a product and claimed his money back through a chargeback:

"Don't go near this website. Bought an item didn't arrive now my AVG antivirus software prevents it even opening.
Our bank is recovering the payment"

Oh and guess what, here is another 1 star negative review Ian has left yet another company, Ian is very unlucky:

"Actually the one star is a grossly inadequate start to this review. They aren't worth even that. See how you'd feel re my experience this morning..."

Oh and here we go, Ian's luck just gets worse, another negative review for a company:

"so complex I was surprised they didn't need blood group or a DNA sample.
Chased up the refund, told no refund as, after all above, it was delivered back to them more than 14 days after delivery to me!"

That must be it, Oh sorry wait, yes another 1 star review from Ian for another company:

"Run as far and as fast as possible before buying with these monkeys
I gave it 1 star as there's no option for ZERO
NEVER EVER deal with this bunch of wasters, I certainly won't EVER again.
A simple transaction to buy a camera, has taken hours of fighting arguing and getting more and more pissed off just to get the name of the COURIER who'll deliver."

That must be it? Surely Ian cannot have any more bad luck, or maybe is there a pattern emerging of Ian trolling companies and getting his money back through chargebacks? Go on then, one more review from Ian on Trustpilot 1 star for yet another company:

"NEVER EVER USE THESE SCAMMERS
Listen carefully people.
This is a Russian scam site, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS
They will take your order and keep your payment, not mine, a bloody good job for them, we got refund from CC."

Maybe we should start a support group for companies Trolled by Ian and his 1 star reviews.

So... for someone who clearly likes to leave a salty review and believes reviews are there for other people to read, why didn't Ian read our reviews before buying? As anyone can see, and it is a bit boring now. All ,or pretty much all of our negative reviews are left by customers who had issues with computers and then take it out on us.

Now, we have cottoned on to this and like with Ian, we offer simple PDF alternatives for nearly all our products, and remember, we have not forced a product on Ian, he found our site and looked at the product and the description, read that it was a large file, understood it needed to be installed, and then he proceeded to purchase it.

He struggled with having to download 3 files rather than one, so we offered him a simple single PDF file instead, then Ian left a 1 star review and called it as near to a scam as most will ever experience... I mean, what?

Ian struggled to install his purchase so we provide him with a PDF version of the manual at no charge = Ian thinks this is a scam.

Looking at Ians other reviews, I would suggest that maybe Ian needs to examine his own purchase practices and perhaps be fully committed to a purchase and understand what he is buying before he buys it, and perhaps let any of the companies know before hand what his expectations are so they can politely decline his business so they don't have to waste time replying to another one of his negative reviews.

It should also be noted that Dan has posted 7 negative reviews for companies on Trustpilot. Perhaps when you get to that amount of negative reviews you have to think that maybe you are doing something wrong rather than all the companies. Maybe?

I have been a customer of easymanuals


I have been a customer of easymanuals for about three years now and I have always had no troubles at all. Last manual I got was for 3 months access online to every Mercedes Vehicle manufactured. Who else does this! Amazing. I was chatting to Jim and he said that they are getting a flurry of bad reviews lately and so I jumped on here and I can see that there is some trolling going on. So just to balance things out and give some tips for anyone buying a manual, firstly don’t use anyone else, easymanuals are the best, I have tried them, all, there are loads and they are all resellers I know for a fact that easymanuals create their workshop manuals because they have done it for me a couple of times. So there is that. They are also really knowledgeable about what they sell and finally they will help you loads and loads. So ignore those babies showing their toys out the pram because they can’t use a computer or the Karens who shout scam because their internet is slow. From a loyal customer. You can’t go wrong with easymanuals.

I recently purchased some Vauxhall


I recently purchased some Vauxhall wiring diagrams as you just can’t get them anywhere. The sale was quick and I got the download to my email pretty much instantly. The format was not something I had heard of and I thought I had been scammed. Support were good and explained things and I got the files open without any problems, I have since printed all the diagrams out I need and it has saved a load of time.

I purchased the workshop manual for the Vauxhall Movano 2010-2018. There is no facility to search what you want its a case of scrolling, which is fine to a point. The biggest disappointment is that there appears to be many links in the document for exploded diagrams etc that don't work and that is where a lot of the information you want is held. The guidance on any repair or procedure is so minimal and supported by such simplistic and basic sketch drawings as to be near useless. It will point out totally obivous things like a hose clip or a fixing bolt but nothing of use like how a connector comes apart... I looked at several tasks like changing a brake disc or removing the central rear brake light and frankly I'd be just as well working it out for my self rather than refering to this document which was zero help on either task.... I actually bought the manual to find out about the auxillary water pump and Ad-blue systems where they were located on the vehicle... but could find absolutely no reference to them anywhere in the document. I've gone back to the vendor with my issue and requested a refund as it was a total waste of my £15... of course there is radio silence now. I wish I'd paid £15 more and got the Haynes online manual, a trusted brand that I'll bet would have held answers to all my questions.

We cannot find your order or any emails about it, I have requested the order number through Trustpilot so we can locate it for you. I have to say that all PDF manuals can be scrolled through and searched if you use the Control and F Key.

We would also offer you supplements for other engines and offer you a software manual. We also don't have an issue with refunding a few pounds for an order, but what we do try and do is help genuine customers get what they want and we shouldn't be punished for this.

Tech support really helped me out

Bought a manual off easy manuals and at first I couldn’t get the the manual to work, I spoke to the support team and the reason I am still giving this 5 stars is because of their support, honestly the team couldn’t of done enough and were really supportive giving me alternative versions of manuals and step by step instructions until it was sorted, manual is brilliant, price was great and thank you to both Beth and Rich, I will definitely be using easy manuals again.

I contacted the support over a week ago because I have an issue with the manual I bought. It doesn’t work on a MacBook with a M1 chip.
No response whatsoever.
Wasted my money for nothing.
Nope, this is not a fake review!!!
You better check your emails!!!

This feels like a fake negative review, of which we have had a few lately, Kind of feels like a competitor doing it. We have checked and cannot find an order with the reviewers name or any support tickets. We have also noted that the reviewer has only left negative reviews for companies (check his other reviews). As if we wouldn't respond... just doesn't make sense! We have flagged this but Trustpilot don't do anything unless you pay to be on their platinum Tier (which is around £150 a month) and then it is surprisingly easy to get negative reviews removed. In fact Trustpilot also show "Relevant" reviews first to the public which just so happen to be negative reviews unless you go on a paid Tier and then you can decide what reviews are displayed first - this to us doesn't same like a site you can actually trust... But we refuse to have to pay a review company to get a better footing it just seems wrong, so please guys read all our reviews, and our replies.


I have searched for the update email and we just don't have anything from you. We would just send you a PDF manual it is so easy to fix. Why not contact us on WhatsApp as genuinely I cannot see any emails from Andreas Junkert on our system.

Very disappointed/over 6 weeks wasted wait

Ordered a usb manual one and a half months ago for a Fiat ducato, after about two weeks i received a usb with seven pages of absolutely useless information.
When contacted the response was swift offering files to download, or the correct manual by usb if desired.
I requested the usb, after not receiving one for another ten days I contacted again, a week after this I received the wrong manual for a much later model.
I have contacted again twice and not heard anything back. Very disappointed, it’s not a big ask.
I will be requesting a refund,

The downloads, were they the same as the last usb that was sent? As in the much later model of vehicle? Who knows.

To reiterate also, the first usb I received was indeed just seven pages, including pictures of a front cover of a manual.

Is this what constitutes a ‘manual’ to easymanuals?

So... This is not quite what happened. To cut a long story short, we have sent three USB sticks to Greg. We have also sent proof of postage to Greg twice, the last time was 20 days ago and we have not heard anything since then. Here is our last email to Greg:

So that is a total of three USB sticks we have sent to Greg now, we have not required him to send any back.

The original USB stick of course did not contain 7 pages, no manual does. So we have no idea why Greg would say this. We offered download links to transfer files over as this is so much quicker but Greg didn't want that for some reason, and so to date we have sent a total of 3 USB sticks to Greg all at our own cost.

We have not heard anything from Greg since our last email to him 20 days ago.

It should be said all this could be sorted in a couple of hours if Greg would accept the download links to transfer the PDF files to his USB stick. Using the Royal Mail can be time consuming.
