After two decades across banking and fintech, I came to Lisa not knowing exactly what I needed — only that I was somewhat exhausted and required a genuine reset. I have known Lisa throughout my whole professional life starting out in Zürich in the 80ies, when we worked together for KPMG. In 2022 I found my working place changing its direction not compatible with my values, and I decided to look for something new. Lisa was instrumental in coaching me in my new direction. She reviewed my CV and asked brilliant questions which enabled me to revise my view of me, how I positioned myself in the market, enhancing with skills as well as experience. It was really just what I needed – to see myself from some distance at the same time as my core values, strengths and experiences were brought forward. It gave me clarity in a time when this was very much needed as I found myself in a transition at a late stage in my professional life. All communication between us – me in Oslo, Norway and Lisa in Zürich, Switzerland - was digital, and it worked smoothly, making possible short discussions online, giving me time to reflect between the conversations and communication. Most recently I also joined one of Lisa’s leadership roundtables and it was interesting and valuable to interact with others in similar positions.
