The testing kit was easy to use and the results were processed quickly. The methylation report is comprehensive and requires some time and effort to fully understand. The zoom call with Amanda was an excellent way to understand the links between the cycles and choose appropriate supplementing & changes in diet.

I had the DNA genetic testing done after suffering from chronic fatigue and many other related symptoms. The test was easy to do, the results came back in two weeks with a full lab report and a break down which included nutritional advice and alternative supplements to support my symptoms. I have been on the regime for two months and I have noticed a massive change in my energy and general well-being.
