Evri delivery service letâs them downâŠ
I have no complaint with My Bowls Empty itself. The website was easy to use, they stocked the products I wanted at a fair price, and they dispatched my order promptly.
But then it all went downhill, because they use the dreaded delivery service Evri! I wonât bore you with the details but suffice to say it took many unsuccessful delivery notifications over a number of days (and a complaint to My Bowls Empty) before Evri finally got round to delivering my order. Good thing it wasnât urgent.
My Bowls Empty customer service was actually very responsive and helpful. Without them Iâd probably still be waiting.
