Used the mixed beige brick effect tile for a customers kitchen splash back and they looked superb. Very good to work with and the customer service before, during and after was top notch!

Would definitely recommend to customers!

Don’t order anything from this company!!!

Mistakenly I did and never received the tiles, I’ve had to go back to my card company to try and get my money back.

They have clearly been posting fake reviews on this site!

SCAM. I am not one to write bad reviews often and I don't just mean to say that this is a bad company, but this company does not even exist, it is a complete scam. They have clearly paid for some good reviews but they aren't real. They will send you brick samples but they won't end up sending you your order. We ordered bricks in November and have struggled repeatedly to get in contact with them, they have written to us twice giving us false reasons as to why the bricks have not shown up but now we are in March and still no bricks and they have stopped answering any emails. We have tried to get a refund but have been unsuccessful. Avoid this company at all costs, you will lose your money and never receive the product. We are now reporting the company and taking legal action, if anyone else that has had a similar experience would like to join us you are more than welcome to. Please do not purchase from this company, it is a complete scam.

I received my order from Mybrickwall, on 22nd Feb, unfortunately part of the order was missing. I contacted them immediately to let them know and was told it would be sent out next day. I still have not received it. After several more e-mails it has still not arrived. I have now asked for a refund for the missing item,and still no reply. Customer service is awful and there is no phone contact number.

We highly recommend MyBrickWall! We were ordered samples from a few companies but the quality of brick slips from MyBrickWall was far superior. We used the online chat service for some advice, ordered the product online and were delivered on time as promised.

We needed some more brickslips (mis-calculation on our part) and the follow up service was outstanding.

Its added the wow factor to our home! Excellent service and quality of goods throughout.

This mail should give me 2^23 (8388608) possible ways to fake review your company. ;)

My mum bought slips from this company but when they finally arrived two weeks later it had someone else's name on but her address?!

Could not get hold of anyone and no response to emails.

Not sure what to do other than get a refund through card company :(?

Every tile I received was broke .

When I emailed the company an employee litrally told me to go to small claims!!

400 quid and this is the service I get?!! Shocking.

Ordered on 6th Jan and it never showed up. After 10 days they advised that they couldn't deliver. 9th Feb still waiting for a refund after countless emails. Avoid this company at all costs. Fraudsters.

Terrible company. My customer ordered brick slips arrived late having paid express delivery, weeks late! I ordered the mortar and spacers required for the job selected express delivery costing £70.00 on 01.01.2022 now 21st Jan still no delivery! Only contactable by email and no communication from them at all. I have sent a number of emails, contacted them via their web site. They have taken the payment very efficiently but to date the service is more than useless! Avoid disappointment and avoid losing your money by shopping elsewhere. Such ashame as the brick slips seem to be good!

Would leave no stars if I could. Took money and never delivered goods. Avoid at all costs. Do not respond to emails or online chat, or facebook or Instagram for that matter. Owner is director of numerous companies after doing some investigations of my own and guessing they are all scams too. Opened a dispute with my bank. Avoiddddddd!!!!!!

Same like one of the other reviews, this company deserves a big fat "Zero". Complete rip off. Payment taken but delivery never arrived!! They do not even have the courtesy to contact their customers back or have the decency to reply to the countless emails. AVOID this cheat company at all cost

Order never turned up. Web chat - no response. Emails - no response. Had to get a refund from credit card company. Update: we were notified by the credit card company that these people have had the audacity to challenge it. They've clearly "taken" the money (it's on our statement). There was no email to confirm when we placed the order. Looks like they just took the money without creating an order. What can you say about a company like that?! Money for nothing? A contract requires consideration. Could trust pilot change their website to allow for zero stars??

I wish I could give zero stars instead of 1. Avoid ordering from here. They are very unprofessional and have no customer service at all. First order arrived ten days late without any notification or tracking information or even a phoneline to contact. Unfortunately we had to order another time because we needed a few more tiles. We had to pay a further 75 pounds for express delivery. That delivery also arrived a week late with damaged tiles. Even after numerous emails they don't respond on time. TOTAL RIPOFF. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bit tricky to put up as not a flat wall we were all corners. However the effect is absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend the whole wall looks so authentic

Having ordered the wrong amount of product, contacted customer services responded to my email in minutes and sorted it for me. Customer service never came across such a great experience! Very efficient! Probably the most straightforward experience with a company I have had. Thanks. Will definitely use again.

Order some brick slips on Monday 29 th November , money taken that day , no confirmation email sent of my order , emailed customer services they said I hadn’t sent the correct email address so wouldn’t get one ? Three days later another email to ask when my order would arrive they said “ next Wednesday “ another email to them last night asking if it would definitely be delivered today ( 08/12/21) no reply , another two emails to them today and nothing ! I wouldn’t advise anyone to order from them their customer service is shocking ! Next step to inform my credit card company see if they can get any joy . Shop elsewhere

Ordered a free full sample on 28th November, and after multiple emails asking why I've not received it and being told it would be sent, still NO sample. Now the website has been changed offering ‘free cut sample’! Appalling customer service, if they do this with samples, I would hate to see what happens with full purchase. AVOID!

Good quality tiles and good value I think. The service was good when I needed an additional tile sent out quickly. Recommend will use again.

This company it's,a fraud!
We placed an order for brick slips with them and cancelled soon after by sending them an email. They promptly replied saying they would cancel our order and refund our money. But we were surprised when a week after a delivery arrived with the brick slips, no refund was done and now they don't reply to our emails...2 weeks has passed. We planning of taking them to small court claims...what they are doing is surely illegal!
No more buying from mybrickwall. Only ordering from Brickslips.co.uk as they have a respectful customer service!
