Christian and team are great to deal with, able to fit me in where other tyre shops wait times were days later. Have had two issues with punctures that were resolved efficiently.

Always great service at my car airport west. I am comfortable when my partner needs to take in a car for tyres the team there are fantastic.

Service was a bit impersonal
Service was a bit impersonal. Several hours to perform a puncture repair? And lots and lots of excuses as to why they couldn’t help me because they are so busy. Puncher repairs are a very quick fix, about 10 minutes, instead of making excuses, just get it done and leave.

Sold me tyres not suitable for my car
Sold me tyres not suitable for my car. Arrived for my appointment and was casually told “we don’t have those tyres here and they’re not even right for your car”. I used your tyre picker with my rego on your site. The least your team can do is look at forward appointments and reschedule them if they don’t have physical stock, nevermind the website selling the incorrect tyres.
The only bright side is that the airport west location ordered in new tyres for me and honoured the 50% off black friday deal but I lost two business days and waited 2 months to get tyres.

Have had my car serviced for last 3 years and each time they have been thorough trustworthy and helpful by working with the client to provide the best outcome financially and minimizing the convenience caused by having the car of the road.

I was told at the time of booking the…
I was told at the time of booking the 2:00pm appointment the previous day that the tyre repair would take an hour. After dropping the car off at just after 2pm I was told they would call me when the tyre was ready. After wandering around Westfield for about an hour and half I went back to my car to see what was happening. At 3:40pm I wss told that my car was next and should be ready in 20 minutes.
I recieved a sms at 4:11pm saying that my car was ready,
I have no problem with the job done, but what is the point of creating an expectation when taking an appointment and giving a timeframe for completion if that can not realistically be met?

Accommodating during silly season.
Great customer service. Managed to book us in short notice and have the service done within a set time constraint. Only in Melbourne for one day in the middle of silly season. Got us back on the road to continue cross continent journey.
