Christian organised a new tyre to be at Airportwest Branch, I dropped off the car on a flat, and was fixed asap! This was all done within a few hours by the awesome team there! Very happy as always with the Airportwest Branch and their fast service in an emergency, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Have been going to Mycar for over 30 years. Can’t beat their staff, service and overall how they look after their customers. Christian and the staff at Airport West are the reason I continue to get my cars serviced there. Can’t recommend them highly enough

The staff are always friendly and helpful after service. The job is always done well and keeping you informed of what is needed to be done for your car. The only blemish is upon return some parts weren’t put back together properly, however when they were made appear of the problem they were quick to restore the parts. I highly recommend them.

Car drop off and pickup was streamlined.

I had a 10am appointment for what I assumed was a puncture repair. 5 hours later I got home.
I left the car at 10am and waited (at the nearby shops) for the promised call which never came. I returned 2hrs later allowing extra time and my car hadn’t been touched. I was told there was a line up of 18other punctures that day. (If so why would I get booked in for 10am?) then miraculously while I was there my car was put in the garage. The mechanic came in to say I need new tyres on my car which I was fine with. We made the arrangements and I then asked to be called when it was ready after being given a 1 hour window. I did not receive a call and eventually again allowed them the courtesy of extra time before walking back to see what was happening as it was well over the hour. My car was in a different place and clearly had new tyres. NO phone to let me know and when questioned apparently it had just been out there.
Perhaps that was the truth but he still hadn’t called me to tell me it was ready. 5 hours of waiting is not acceptable. I have been a customer at this venue for many years. Why would I be told one hour when clearly that was not going to be the case if they had 18 punctures to deal with (and ten that were turned away) according to the man in the office. And again he said an hour in the afternoon for my new tyres to be fitted …waiting again well over that time.
I also did not appreciate his attitude.

Hi. I spoke with John who explained clearly what I needed to know. My car was booked in quickly, and once they’d ascertained my tyre couldn’t be mended, John rang me with options. I needed time to think, so requested the spare be put on, which they happily did without charging me. I have now booked in for two new tyres. Easy to deal with and felt valued as a customer.
