Alice Springs MyCar made things worse
Alice Springs MyCar made things worse. Dropped off to fix a window that was stuck in the up position. They were unable to do so and in the process broke the mechanism so it left it completely down. Prior to taking to them on the 17/6/26 car was drivable now I cannot drive it anywhere, window is completely down and broke and they say they cannot fix it and they charged me $300. go figure. I'll try and take it to another mechanic in alice springs. broken windows? >>> avoid MyCar in Alice Springs

Good customer service
Very polite and friendly. Always take the time to explain what they have done with the car. Always ring ahead and update if there are any extra things that have to be carried out with a price guide to how much that will cost.

Excellent and honest service!
We called Mycar Alice Springs from out of town to book for an inspection of a knocking sound. Novod was very helpful on the phone and booked us in for the next day. He took the car for a test drive and although he couldn’t hear a noise he still looked under the car and actually found a stripped bolt that was the cause. Whilst he was underneath the car he noticed that our advisory had worsened and was able to repair by the end of the same day. He was very kind and honest even showing us the parts that needed attention. Novod is a credit to Mycar and we couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you Novod for getting our car safely back on the road for the rest of our travels!
