The person serving me was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to fit my car in quickly.

First time customer. The customer service was very helpful and polite. They gave a full report of the other issues that need attention. The quote given for tyres was adhered to. They were accommodating when I asked for my tyres to be done asap as I travel a distance for work. ****

Friendly staff and good advice given when I had car serviced

I was consulted to see if I wanted items found needing repairs to be done at the service. I was able to say which I wanted done strsight away and which could be left until the next serbice.

Very helpful and considerate. I had the baby and toddler with me and was waiting at the shops. When the small job turned out to be much bigger then predicted they prioritised it even they were busy and finished 2 hours earlier than predicted. Very much appreciated and everyone got home with minimal tantrums

Would have given 5 stars but for one thing. When I booked the service two weeks prior, the price indicated on the board was $229. When I dropped the car in two weeks later on the due date, I was told the price had gone up the day before to $249. The original price of $229 was still advertised on the board in the reception. Not really phased about the $20 increase but I would have expected to pay the price at the time of booking. I didn't query it at the time but nor was I offered the chance to query it. Other than that, the personnel where very easy and pleasant to deal with.

Team was professional and helpful with any questions I had. They also provided a quick turnover, taking the keys and handing them back within the allotted timeframe.

The work was done quickly and within my budget.

I am very dissatisfied with the service. Scheduling an appointment has proven to be a constant issue it is either not registered in the system or affected by some other inconvenience. Such situations show a lack of respect for people’s time and are unacceptable.

Reception staff very polite interactive and effecient

William and his team provided excellent customer service, a couple of time I've popped into the shop and they have been able to get the job done on the same day. Always going above and beyond and explained in detail what work was needed, what the priority would be and the costs. Would definitely recommend mycar Baldivis
