Real friendly staff and good value!

Great service, easy to deal with

Had another customer have an accident with our car in the car park.
With how close and limited space, I’d avoid and go somewhere with adequate drop off space. Yes the guys in the office were good, but I’d rather protect my car from incedent.

The service isn’t even worth 1 star & needs to be investigated.

Initially, the issue was being charged for parts ordered that vehicle did not need, there was also an issue with being overcharged for labour.

Not only was the customer service appalling from staff member William, Who was being highly aggressive, abusive and absolutely unprofessional, He wasn’t willing to discuss anything and was angry prior to arrival.

(Incident: he’s seen physically assaulting a female customer in front office door, so please be-careful).

This company’s interest is for itself and would only recommend if you like donating money or need more trauma added to your life.
I’ll never be using this service!

Customer Service is outstanding. Communication along the way and workmanship has guaranteed I would recommend and return for future work.

I was in need to get my tyre fixed and they just did it with no appointment. There was no fuss and no bother, and were on time. Very happy.

I've been going there for 5 years and they always get the service done in a good time frame. Most recent service
17/3/25 I was told I needed new brake pads and rotors. I had a mechanic friend do the work to save on labour but it was accurate that the work needed doing because sometimes you wonder. I hadn't had the car serviced in two years so the pads and rotors got very low and worn. I think photos should be provided of worn out car parts from the inspection, but I'm still giving them 5 stars, have always been satisfied with their service.

Called the store number then got a price for tyres though the call centre and when the quote was sent to my phone a cheaper tyres was put in the quote but the price was for the more expensive tyre. Called the call centre back and got the tyres changed on the quote to the more expensive tyres.
Dropped the car off and signed the job card at mycar with the correct more expensive tyres on the job card. When i came back to pick the car up the cheaper tyres were fitted to the car. One of the staff members offered to discount the price on the tyres when i was about to leave because of the muck around without me asking for it. So had to leave the car a second time and walk home to have the job done again. When i walked back to pick the car up the correct tyres was on the car, i had a different staff member to take payment. I asked about the discount that the other staff offered off the tyres and he said no i will give you a discount off your next visit. That is not what the other staff member offered and there will be no next visit as i will not use mycar again.

Took the time to assess the problem and find a solution. Also, very accommodating with our payment arrangement to ensure that we still had a car to use, that was very much appreciated.

Regular phone updates on repairs and everything clearly explained.

Booked my car online. Dropped the car off and job was done within the pick-up time. Definitely be back.
