Amazing customer service, staff were very nice. Overall just a easy, stress-free experience

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from mycar.

I initially visited for tyre replacement and a wheel alignment. After collecting my car and driving away, the ESC/traction control (CSV) warning light came on almost immediately. I returned to the store, but because it was close to closing time, I was asked to bring the car back the following morning.

When I returned, the staff told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. They said they had tried a few things but were unable to turn off the warning lights. I was sent away without a solution.

About a week later, I discovered one of the tyres had a puncture. As I had recently purchased tyres from mycar, I asked if it could be repaired under warranty. I was then told the punctured tyre wasn't one of the tyres they had supplied and was charged $49 for the repair.

While I was there, I again raised my concerns that the car was still shaking while driving and that the warning lights were still on. I explained that I was worried something wasn't right and asked them to inspect it again. I was simply told that it "could be the driveshafts" without any proper investigation or diagnosis.

Just four days later, one of the tyres completely burst while I was driving, and another tyre went flat, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. I had to wait over two hours for roadside assistance. As soon as the damaged tyre was replaced with the spare, the warning lights disappeared and the shaking stopped immediately.

This experience makes it clear that my concerns should have been taken seriously from the beginning. Had the staff properly investigated the issue instead of dismissing it, this dangerous situation could likely have been avoided.

Instead, I had to make multiple unnecessary trips back to the workshop, take time off work, disrupt my family commitments, pay additional repair costs, and ultimately experience a tyre failure on the road that put my safety at risk.

I expected professional service and a genuine effort to resolve the issue, but instead I felt that my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Honest, reliable good correspondence and fair pricing

Happy with the staff but as feedback for improvement i ordered 2 tyres on booking then when car was dropped off i was told they had tyre go missing so i had to bring car back on another day for fitting. Communication was good but was inconvenient at the time.

Told attendant at time of booking vehicke was a lease yet didnt get approval for work prior so i had to pay out of pocket.

Puy zero effort into diagnosing a grinding rubbing noise eminating from rear of vehicle.

Not to mention the highly suspicious failed number plate light that seems to need replacing every time.

Wont be back.

I was unable to book on line, but after a call I was booked in promptly and I was provided with a quote. I dealt with a very efficient staff member. Morning of service went smoothly, check in was quick and easy. I was given an approximate time my car would be ready and was contacted and advised the car was ready to be picked up within the time frame. The quote given was also correct as no further charges or issues were found. Overall a great experience.... thank you
