Very professional, definitely i would go for the mycar Tyre & Auto Bankstown again.

Brought in car for quick headlight replacement and they were able to fit in a full service so I didn’t have to bring it back. Reasonable prices, great communication, great service. Since we started going here we don’t use any other mechanic

Disgusting service that were ment to be checked and done for brakes all have not been performed. the car is stopped and no longer running from the sharp loud screeching noise is damaging the actual car as you can from other people's reviews on google that I am not the only one that's gone through this!! I went instore asking for the refund but was attacked by 2 men so I left scared. I have contacted fair trading and in the process to take it to court I need to use my car and I need to get the same service redone elsewhere . None of the things mentioned on paper was done for brakes service as there was no screeching upon dropping off vehicle and the duty of care has not been followed and now there is very loud scary screeching noise coming out of my car which is only getting louder and louder at Friday 8 march at 5.18pm upon pick up of vehicle I have contacted them with the issue explaining i didnt drop off a car with damaged rotors was inspected few days before else where and was advised i even had 3 months of pads left but chose my car because of the 12month road side assistance little did i know that i took my car to be destroyed by uneducated unprofessionals taht clearly have no clue what they are doing with no reasonable excuse for what has happened other then blaming me and making up lies traction bla bla every mechanic I have asked has absolutely laughed at how pathetic the reasons given i have also been told that if brakes were handled and changed properly there would be no screeching and have proof my rotors are not damaged ! All will be filed in court on Saturday 9th march when using the car again I have contacted them again as the screeching got louder and louder and Monday 11th march I have taken them the car they ended up abusing me and blaming me and saying things that dont make sense and couldnt explain why i brought them a car not screeching but now is magically screeching it really seemed like this isn't the first time they dealt with this and after reading there reviews last night I seen I am not the only person this has happened to and I'm so upset this has happened to me I can't use my car fair trading has been contacted and I am willing to involve court if I don't get refunded

Basheer and team - Unprofessional and provided back a car that wasnt road safe.
Took my fathers car into Bankstown MyCar Tyre & Auto Service Centre to replace the transition gearbox. Basheer confirmed the parts will come in within the week and the car will be fixed and returned by end of the week. Due to public holidays, My father and i took out a hire car to accommodate visitors during this time. Upon Basheer's advice, we returned the hire car ( external company) to await for the return of our own car the day of Basheer's advised date to only be told that the car is not ready and no ETA on pick up. 3 days have past and Basheer did not take any responsibility or initiative to advice ETA as he was uncertain on when his team will fix the issue. Upon picking up the car 1.5 weeks after the advised date and time, We asked what was the hold up and why the inconvenience in hope we will receive empathy, instead we faced unprofessional and rude service from Basheer saying " he didn’t care". I raised a complaint and didn’t hear back from the organisation. 3 weeks later, the Nissan Xtrail is experiencing rattling and heavy noises when you start the car. This caused a defeat on the vehicle and it wa snot safe to drive, Therefore had to return the car back to Bansktown MyCar Tyre and Auto to fix as the repaired parts have a lifetime warranty. Again 4 days without a car, Basheer confirmed the car will be ready by Tuesday, however a whole week has past again. Resulting to another missed customer promise and misinformation. Upon pick up today ( 15/05/23) to understand what went wrong with the car, Basheer was again extremely unprofessional, he was rude and said, its fixed don’t worry. Upon asking him 3 times what was the reason for the fault. He confirmed the exhaust wasn’t fitted correctly therefore the noises. Confirming it was a manual labour issue. Basheer didn’t offer any empathy or care. Offered a voucher for a free service however not even an apology.
Basheer didn’t offer any of customer service/satisfaction, failed to advise the car was not road safe.

I am a first time customer at My Car (with a view to become a regular customer) so I set out to try out their Service. I booked my car in for a wheel alignment on 21 Feb 2023 through their call centre (131328) for 10am Saturday 25 Fed 2023.
When I got to the Bankstown store on the Saturday I was told that it would be a 3 hour wait before they could put my car on the hoist to do a the wheel alignment. I expressed what about the booking. They said I didn't have one as I rang through the call centre and not direct to the store. What a poorly run unprofessional Business setup and a Very Poor Customer Experience. So much for the view of being a regular Customer.

I went in with a flat tyre and within 20 mins they had fixed it and I was on my way.

I was a bit disappointed in my service. I found that their was nothing done about the coolant it was over looked and my car was overhearing.
