The inconvenience was easily managed and repaired, so I could tackle the week without worrying about potential car problems.

I have always been a customer with Mycar and have always had excellent service and outcomes. Josh in particular is always so calm and kind and treats me respectfully
My car is very old but the mechanics do a great job. You are the only ones I trust.
I will never be able to get a new car so I need my Sissy to be kept on the road so I can get to work and survive

Serviced my car in a timely manner and the guys always let me know if there is anything else that needs to be done. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Easy to book over the phone, informed of service price, was called as required a few more items to be done in addition to service. Service was completed within 5 hours. Mycar Team members were great to deal with and explained the additional items required. Will use Mycar for my next service

Car broke down again again after being repaired. It won’t always start. My Car mechanic basically said he didn’t believe me. They kept it 5 days and did nothing, as it kept starting for them. I picked it up and drove it home. Next evening I was caught out again and left stranded across town when it would my start.
Now I need to get out there every day to try to start it so I can get it to an auto electrician, to see if the problem is electrical connections. Not sure how many times I am entitled to get it towed. Has been towed to MyCar twice already. This is basically my third week without a car.
Update:
My brother got it started eventually and took it to his mechanic. Seems when the engine heats up, the alligator clips on one of the fuses expands and it loses contact so the engine won’t start. He found the problem easily because he listened when told it started when cold but wouldn’t start again when it had been running for a while beforehand.

Very friendly and fast service

They were quick. I felt they are reliable.

I made an impromptu visit to the Belmont location for four new tires. The employee at the counter was incredibly helpful, offering information on tire options and pricing. The new tires were installed within an hour. Overall, the service was quick, efficient, and very friendly. Highly recommend :)
