Excellent customer service. They contacted me as soon as they knew what was required to get my ok. Also pointed out some things that would need attention in the next few months. Very efficient and I had the car back within a few hours.

Provides a list of items that requires servicing or replacement before midday for one to make an informed decision on what services to proceed it. Staff are friendly and provides good advise.

Got a diagnostic done on my car after I was having some issues and had a quote written up. The team at mycar were great, would absolutely recommend to friends. They gave me honest feedback and advice regarding the quote and the price was affordable.

Excellent service from the team! I've had a couple of visits to mycar Tyre & Auto Bentleigh East in the past few months (front and rear break replacement and general service) and my experience each time has been more than satisfactory and pleasant, from the quick turnaround time to friendly service, not to mention being able to clear the severe cataracts from my headlights that my mum was previously told couldn't be removed, Neil and his team provided prompt and friendly service. Will be back the next time the little blue car needs some TLC :)

Accurate diagnosis of issue and followed through with resolving problem. Good explanation by Neil (Bentleigh east MyCar) of issue and how it affects the car etc. Neil is very knowledgeable.

Neil and his team are all A graders. Booked a log book service, detected a faulty battery as well as car in need of a wheel alignment and all done and completed before 2pm. Outstanding service

Great service and prompt completion of job.

They completed a logbook service without notification so I was charged a approx $200 more than expected. When told that it would ensure the warranty is covered on my car, I reminded them that the warranty is no longer valid as the car is year 2015. They then said it would improve the value of the car in resale, I also reminded that I'd probably only ever get $1500 for the car... I have taken my car to this place several times and always just had the basic essential service, so no idea why they decided to do the logbook service and not communicate that. Will go somewhere else next time.
