Very helpful as usual. Got an unexpected puncture and they fixed it in one hour. Very good service

Over and hour late to get 1 tyre done, asked to inflate tyre which hasn't been done then replaced my matching chrome tyre caps with a basic plastic one after being misplaced. I use my car services at other locations and never had a problem -disappointed

Great service from Steven and his team at mycar Tyre & Auto Bicton. The staff are professional, efficient, and always willing to accommodate their customers’ needs.

I had a difficult situation where my Mercedes needed to be towed, and everything depended on sourcing a particular set of tyres within a short timeframe. No other workshop in the area could organise them in time, but Steven managed to source them promptly and delivered exactly as promised.

Excellent communication, reliable service, and a team that genuinely cares about helping their customers. Highly recommended!

The explanations were always very clear, detailed and adapted to my level of mechanical knowledge. A special thank you to Dharma, who always took the time to explain everything properly, including showing me photos and videos so I could understand what was going on with my car.

When I picked my car up the tyre pressure sensor on the rear left was not functioning and was showing a low pressure alarm.

I personally had to go to a service station, partially deflate the tyre and pump it up twice to clear the fault.

Little bit disappointed that the team at mycar could not clear this fault as it was not there before the tyres were fitted.
