Lachie and his staff were very helpful when we arrived with screw in front tyre of our tow vehicle heading to Mildura. Lachie got the staff to rearrange the other cars waiting for service so we could park with the caravan still attached and have our repair done. After removing the wheel and finding screw had done no damage they sent us on our way without charge. Very impressed with their super quick service and honesty.

My recent experience has been fantastic. The team were very helpful during my regular service and offered great advice with selection of tyres for my Prado. Overall the work was very thorough and customer service very friendly. Thanks for a job well done.

The staff were so helpful! My car had been vibrating for over a year, which I had tried everything to fix elsewhere. These people helped me get to the bottom of it, even going for a drive with me to help identify the shaking. I'm not scared to drive my car any more :)

Efficient service. Polite staff and fair price for the job done. Quote before hand and updated on progress. Second time I have taken my car there. Lockie did the service but they are probs all good.

I tried to book online and really thought I had a booking, but when I arrived they said it wasn't on their system. I have been a customer there for many, many years. I didn't see anything that said I had to pay when I booked.
The mechanics seem to change often, but they are always helpful and tell me what needs doing, so I don't know how paying in advance would be useful.
I appreciate that they managed to do my car anyway.

Good service from professional manager and staff

Great service, changed over our flat tyre for the spare. Didn't need to call roadside assist and they didn't want payment either.

These are really good folks.. they retook my car without an appointment to recheck on the service issue and attempted to resolve the repair. they identified the one issue correctly which would require replacement parts,However the other issue that has come up after the service is still prevailing. I would still go to them for regular log book service but undecided on part replacements.
