Fair prices for great work...and communication.

The team at Brandon Park store delivered extremely good service. I replaced my old tires with a set of new Pirellis from the black Friday sale at this store. Dilupa and his team were very friendly and provided an awesome experience at their store. I'd highly recommend the team at Brandon park store to anyone looking for a professional and friendly service on their car servicing or repair needs.

I needed an RWC completed at extremely short notice on New Year’s Eve, and Dulipa and the team at MyCar Brandon Park could not have been more accommodating. Despite the tight timeframe, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and efficiently.

No corners were cut, communication was excellent throughout, and I was kept well informed with regular updates and clear options at each step. The level of care and customer service truly stood out.

My vehicle has been serviced exclusively at the same MyCar branch over the past two years. During this time, multiple maintenance and safety-related repairs were carried out, including replacement of the front brakes and the installation of new tyres. At all times, I relied on MyCar’s professional inspections and advice to identify and communicate any issues relevant to the vehicle’s condition, safety, and ongoing roadworthiness.
When preparing to sell the vehicle, I booked a roadworthy inspection with the same MyCar branch. During this inspection, I was advised that the vehicle could not pass unless the front shock absorbers were replaced, at a quoted cost of approximately $1,400. This requirement was attributed to a minor leak mark observed on the front shocks. This issue had not been identified or disclosed during any prior services, despite regular inspections and safety-related work having been undertaken in the preceding twelve months, nor was it previously communicated as a safety concern.
The sudden identification of this issue at the point of roadworthy inspection, after a prolonged period of routine servicing without any prior notification, raises serious concerns regarding the consistency and reliability of the assessments provided, as well as whether material information was omitted during earlier services that a reasonable consumer would expect to be disclosed.
