Staff were great. Job completed on time. I think you could do with another mechanic at brentwood because of the volume of work that is going through that depot.

Leaking oil after service. Now I can’t drive the vehicle have to wait until reopen on Tuesday to fix it

Update:
Went back today and resolved the issue.
The reason is the staff didn’t clean properly after changing the engine oil on Saturday.
The friendly staff cleaned up even he is very busy today.

I needed my tyres checked and turned out needed new tyres. I was hesitant to use MyCar after a bad experience years ago with a simple oil change, but went in recently for a quote out of convenience due to the proximity to my home.

I can't speak highly enough of the incredible service I received at MyCar. The current team appeared to have turned this shop around.

From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out, though, was their dedication to customer care.

I had a tight schedule and needed my car back the same day. Not only did they fit me in, but they also stayed back after hours to make sure everything was finished properly. That kind of commitment is so rare these days. They didn’t rush the job either – the work was thorough and top-notch.

It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, not just the bottom line. I left feeling incredibly grateful and impressed.

Initially, I was told an expensive repair would be necessary at my cost following a misjudgement by a mechanic caused damage.
However, when I objected, the manager agreed that Mycar would cover the cost, which I appreciated.

Went for abs light diagnostic to find what part/s causing problem. Paid 90$ and staff were not able to diagnose the problem properly all I received was the fault code itself.

Did not get sufficient service what I paid for.
