I have been a loyal and long time customer of MyCar Brentwood and have always had a good experience taking my vehicles for service to them. Had a breakdown this week with my work service vehicle and they were super helpful in getting me back on the road that same day. Exceptional customer service thank you Jack and the team at MyCar Brentwood.

Would’ve been a 3 as they didn’t get it right the first time and I had to take the car back.
However I understand mistakes happen and what’s more important is how you fix them. I’m glad it got fixed the second time around. Never had an issue in the past so this will pass as a one off.

I’m satisfied with the Brentwood store manager, Jack service .
I’m expecting a refund d for the Continental tyres that was returned on Sat 23/11 as the tyre exploded af yet purchased it 6 weeks ago .
Jack ass red me that the Operation Manager would help him to complete and process the forms to Continental for the claim of return .

We have been taking our cars to MyCar in Brentwood WA for over 10 years (previously Kmart) and we have always been happy with the service.

The staff at this store have always gone out of their way to replace a battery on demand and today we just managed to get to the store with a flat tyre (and one a few months ago) and it was replaced easily (too badly damaged) and efficiently using their tyre warranty which was great. They also raised issues with a very contaminated engine filter after it had previously been taken to a Kia dealer under warranty. They also went out of their way to fix a friends Mazda 3 with a computer issue.

The only thing I would like to see improved is a more detailed service log which includes brake and tyre measurements along with checkboxes showing everything has been checked. MyCar could you please do this as then it would have been a 5 star review?

The staff are friendly and do everything they can to accommodate suitable times for drop off and collection. It is convenient to recieve an SMS when the car is ready. The quote was reasonable and accurate.

The guys were really helpful. The service needed a little more than I initially thought but the extra work was carried out efficiently.

Provide good advice and prompt response. Kept me in the loop of any fixes required.i send two of my cars there and will keep doing so.

Friendly and efficient staff. Much better experience than my previous services done with Hyundai.
