Condescending man at the reception went there 2 times at first I was like it’s all good everyone has bad days but no

They will charge you hidden fees

I took my car there after getting scam by the previous owner did everything the log book paid more than $3000 as the garage quoted so - so all good that their jobs so I have to trust them

However went back few days ago for the roadworthy certificate had to pay for them to tell me that the car needs more work done over $2000 saying it’s not safe to drive and I was like why didn’t do all of the work in the 1st place instead of making me pay again to say that the car needs more work
they aren’t professional just try to take advantage of you especially if you are a woman would NOT recommend at all and def need some customer service training

I am new to town and needed an oil check and new fuse for my lights. I just turned up without a booking and the lovely man at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and polite.
His service was first rate and made sure my car was topped up and helped me with a new fuse. I will definitely be using Broadbeach My Car for all my future services.

Were very helpful, informative and although couldnt rectify one probkem they were kind enough ro direct me somewhere that could.

Fantastic service again. I have been taking my car to my car pacific fair regularly for years. Nick and Callum have always kept bringing me back, it is a shame to see that nick has moved on but the new manager Sean was also amazing. I will keep coming back with great guys like Sean and Callum there. Very professional and honest. Also I recommend getting the on road service, its great piece of mind.

Wow okay finally leaving this review. I initially wasn’t going to leave one when the first issue occurred after my service but now a new issue has been found.

On April 24th 2025 I booked my car in for a service (warning light was on indicating some issue with battery). I believed the battery needed to be replaced at this time and informed them of this. On service I was told that I needed to see and auto electrician was it was showing “high and low voltage issue” on the scanner. I then asked if the car was okay to drive which I was told yes will be no issue. 2 days later when needing to go to work at the hospital my car wouldn’t start. Had to get road side assistance to come and replace the battery (which was the issue). This wasted my time and also was extra money! The battery should have been replaced.

My air conditioning since approx October has been causing issues but the service that I paid $640 dollars for stated my cabin filter would be replaced so believed nothing was wrong with it! Today I have checked my cabin filter and it is absolutely filled to the brim. There is no way this cabin filter was replaced in April.

I have taken my car to get looked at by another service provider today (12th of Jan) and MyCar Broadbeach have scammed me by charging for spark plugs, cabin filter and air filter! My spark plugs were not changed on my last service! This is disgusting and my records have been falsified by the MyCar team. I will be taking this further! Be warned of this company!

So disappointed with this service and would not recommend this company. Falsely charging for services is disgusting.

Disappointing end result.
New Pirelli tyres fitted 5 Jan. 26 and my shiny rims were left covered in grubby finger marks and grease. Whoever fitted the tyres has no care for presentation.

Shawn the manager is exceptional.

My van was in a tizzy and he helped me with the nearest appointment also talked Me though what my car needed to be fixed.
Then didn't charge me a cent because it needed to go to a VW specialist.

They have excellent prices of services and parking as well as pacific fair and transport close by to keep you occupied whist you get ur wheels looked at.

Thank-you to My Car for showing me that some mechanics can be trusted.
