Very disappointing experience. My car was damaged while in the care of mycar Auto Brunswick, with scratches to the front and underneath the passenger side that were not there beforehand. I had washed the car the night before taking it in, so I’m certain the damage occurred while it was with them. I was told surveillance footage would be reviewed and that I would receive a follow-up call on Saturday, but no one contacted me. Over the weekend, the paint on the scratches began flaking off, clearly indicating the damage was fresh. The lack of communication has been frustrating, and I am still waiting for this matter to be properly addressed.

I have had Tony and the Guys look after my car for years now. They have maintained my almost-vintage Camry so that I have a safe, and reliable vehicle that still does a lot of kms. The team here are efficient, thorough, courteous and honest. It is one of the busiest businesses I have ever used and that is because they do everything well. Thank you 🙏

Very helpful and efficient got my car towed on the weekend and fixed on time to head off to work the following week.

They fitted me in even though it was the holiday period.
