Great work, done in a quick time

Serviced my Audi here this week, and the Service Manager is excellent. Patient and knowledgeable, he and his staff provided accurate and value for money service in dealing with my car.

The staff were friendly and accomodating. But they were short staffed the day of my visit so the it took longer than anticipated (3hrs instead of an hour). Hope this is an occasional thing and not on a regular. Overall, alright experience.

Very speedy service, knowledgeable mechanic that was honest and not at all pushy with products. I felt very comfortable knowing I wasn’t being misled

The pressure of my 4 new tyres was way above what it should be. I returned to have it rectified. Also because I had already booked my service and tyre replacement I was refused the $100 deduction from the 3rd Feb

I unfortunately got a nail in my brand new cars tyre. Even during the busy period the team managed to squeeze me in and repaired it the same day. Excellent customer service, and they are just really genuine people. 100% recommend!

The apprentice, Vaughn, went out of his way to be helpful with my tyre issue, even though it was early and the MyCar office hadn’t opened yet.

The staff, in particular Anu, are an asset to MyCar … Anu is polite, always smiling, helpful, friendly and happy to go the extra mile to ensure one leaves the premises happy! The young apprentice is also a delightful young man. We left very impressed.

The second most genuine experience, the first time was with you guys. Not sure about other branches but Anu from Bull Creek is the reason i came back. As long as he is there ill visit you guys forever.
