Turned up to pick up car and given original quote bill $650
Nobody could tell me who sent lower bill.
Have requested itemised receipt. No reply as yet.
Whole thing very strange.

I came for a basic servicing, telling them to take care not to lower down my passenger window, as an electrical issue was preventing me from raising it back up.

However, my warning was useless, as they still lowered it down anyway, without even telling me about it when I came back to pick up my car.

Did they think I would not notice my passenger window wide open while the rain was getting into my car?

They ended up making me waste one hour and a half, waiting for them while they were butchering the inside of my door, not knowing how to properly open it to raise the window back up again.

Poor customer service, communication and work, even though it was all about fixing their own mistakes.

great service , and when i had to take it back because they didn't fix the problem 15 minutes later they got on it and it was fixed the next day

Booking was made on 29th Nov to change the tyres on 17th Dec. Full payment was made. Yesterday got a call around 4.45pm that they have only 3 tyres. So after being without car for full day of 17th, I have to go again when 4th tyre comes. This is in spite of receiving a call in between around 8th or 9th Dec that tyres have arrived & when I am bringing my car.

Booked in for a service and also to have a fault checked and fixed (car was jolting when at a standstill). When dropped the vehicle of I ensured they were aware of the fault, the guy even highlighted it on the work sheet and said they may need the car all day, no issues. Received a txt at lunch to stay it was ready, called them and asked if they identified and fixed the fault, was told yes it was the break pads and they fixed it along with standard servicing. Picked the car up at 4pm, driving home and the car starts jolting again. I called the office up and advised them of the issue, to be told they didn't have time to check the issue out and that they must of mixed up the information when i called at lunchtime as they are busy. Advised that I would need to book it back in and no space until the new year. Checked my invoice and all that was completed in the work was standard check-up (oil, filters). Will not to be returning. Would hate to think what other things they have mixed up and put others safety at risk.

No space available for parking.
Car wasn't ready at pick up time and no call. Need to went to the shop after closing hour and found that they forgot to work on mycar.

Pick up car next day, a reception guy apologized about this but a bit disappointed about first time experience.
